Our first time at Perry's and it did not disappoint! James, our server, was fantastic. He made great recommendations, very professional and attentive. The ambiance was so romantic and the noise level was perfect. The price was what we expected to pay, but the family style sides were way more than we anticipated, so we had to take some home. Definitely get their famous pork chop incredible! We will definitely be back!

The service was very spotty.
I had to leave the table to get service and talk to the manager about the problem.

This is unfortunate because the food was wonderful and the ambience was great.

Perry's was absolutely phenomenal. I tried their signature pork chop for the first time and it was even better than advertised. Our service was great from the moment we walked in the door. We appreciated our server, Landon, as he was incredibly personable and responsive to our requests.
We will definitely be back at Perry's!

I should have checked my receipt at the restaurant. I found out when i got home that i was overcharged. I had 3 shots of know creek on my ticket that we did not order... over paid $39 that
we did not consume. Not the perrys I remember. Not the romantic ambiance that I remember from the past.

We had a wonderful dinner at Perry’s. We brought our 2 year old and the servers were wonderful at accommodating him. Everyone was very friendly. Our food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Tables were also well spaced. The ambiance was great and not too loud.

What a nice meal and great service. It is very evident that this restaurant focuses on a positive customer experience. The managers are out working alongside their employees. Our server Vanessa was pleasant and she provided great service. Thanks for also recognizing my husband, a United States Veteran. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality.

Never been to Perry’s in the River Oaks and were excited to try it. Went for a special occasion. Perry’s advertised signature pork chop to veterans for Veterans Day. My husband is a retired military veteran. The offer gave us a great opportunity to go try Perry’s out. Nice table and ambiance. As part of the vet deal we had to order another full entree and after asking for recommendations I ordered the chateau briand. As soon as we told server hubby was a vet & would like the veteran special his interest noticeably waned in us and after ordering we never saw him again until he came to clear our plates. In fact no one came by our table to ask how our meal. Unfortunate as I only had a couple of bites of my chateau briand and stopped because it was soooooo salty. Never had a steak as salty! So salty I drank all my water while my husband enjoyed his pork chop (which he said was v.good) & drank his water too. We couldn’t spot our server through dinner & unable to alert anybody else to tell them about my salty steak. No water refills either. When server came to clear plates I asked if he was interested in feedback on the meal, he said yes of course. I told him & he said I should’ve told him sooner (?!), & that he’d get Mgr, who was very helpful and keen to try to improve our neutral first impressions. He informed Perry’s ALWAYS over salts their steaks to get a crispy salt edge & we should have told them not to over salt (?!) How could we tell him not to over salt if we didn’t KNOW they over salted?! I pointed out again we were first timers to Perry’s & he offered to redo steak w/less salt but by then our eve at Perry’s felt over. He offered to comp the chateau briand but when he brought the bill to us we found he’d charged us for the FREE veterans special (?!) When we asked him to help us understand, he said in order to give the free special we had to buy another entree. He gave us a Sun.Special voucher & we left. Won’t be back though-Better experiences elsewhere!

Celebrating my partner's birthday. Food was very good. Service was pretty good. I think our server was in training and he did good job....except when it came to the dessert and the check. We waited 20 mins for the dessert trio to arrive. When the check arrived, my Autumn 3 course special was charged individually per course instead of at the $45 advertised price. When the check came back again, it had a $49 charge. My partner said to let it go as he didn't want to wait to have it retabulated-again! I do have to mention that I noticed diners wearing their masks when walking through the restaurant which was a great improvement over my visit a month ago.

Service was absolutely terrible. The server was not only in a hurry to get away from our table as quickly as he could but was also flat out rude. Also the request for outdoor seating was neglected and when I asked the guy who seated us he said there wasn't an outdoor table for us, so whats the point of having the option?

Given the COVID issue and it being a Monday night, the place was quiet. The decor is a bit dated and boring for having recently been opened in that location. Service was good but after the cocktails and appetizer, it took an inordinate amount of time to be served the main course. But the food was very good. For a few in our party, a few items were too salty but not for others. it was commented they could put less salt and others could add it if desired. Overall, a pleasant experience but I would be concerned if it was a busy night.

It was good but nothing too spectacular. I’m thinking the lights were too dimmed and it was hurting my eyes. I couldn’t really see the beautiful features around me for that reason. The food and service was good as well. What threw me off was the tv it didn’t really fit the elegant aesthetic.

We've dined at this location a few times now. This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Houston, great piano bar downstairs w/ a patio. We love the lobster bisque, seabass and brussels in particular but all of our meals have been incredible. I had symphony kabob this time and it was fantastic. Great way to do surf and turf with a fun, impressive presentation. The service is top notch and very consistent. The Perry's labeled wine offerings are a great value too.
