   Terrible Terrible Terrible experience and immature management! I have a reservation at 11:45 am and when I got to the restaurant at 11:30 am there was a big line of customers that were there for the Pork Chop Special .79¢ As I walked in and check in, they inform me that I have to be on line like everybody else that did not have reservation and wait until there was a table available and that they will not honor my reservation because they have too many people waiting for a table with out a reservation. So what was the point of having a reservation if they will not honor it and if they have a special event with their menu they should it be handle different instead of first come first serve.

   We always enjoy dining at Perry's Steakhouse. The Wedge Salad, Filet, Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes and layered chocolate cake were delicious. Our server Gavin did a great job of providing excellent customer service. The manager, Arthur always does an exceptional job of making sure the restaurant is well run and the customers have a fantastic dining experience. We will be back soon.

   As always, everything was absolutely amazing! I went to celebrate my birthday, and Jackie, our server, was an absolute lifesaver. They made fantastic food recommendations and provided the best guest service I’ve ever had.

   I always enjoy dining at Perry’s Steakhouse, but this was my first time at the River Oaks location. There is the main floor and second and we sat at a standard table near the bar. We were able to enjoy our birthday dinner with friends and watch a basketball game, which made the evening doubly special. We had the Smorgasbord for four and ate like Kings and Queens. Elijah, our server was quick to anticipate our needs and provide stellar service. I’ll definitely be back to this location in the future.

   This place is perfect for a relaxed but classy dinner with friends and family. The food was exactly as expected in regards to taste and consistency, and all of the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Thank you for making my birthday a special one!

    We’ve eaten at Perry’s many times, but this visit was all together our favorite. We’ve usually gone on weekends, but it was nice to have the quieter atmosphere on a weeknight for our daughter’s birthday dinner. We didn’t feel rushed, and Jackie, our server, was outstanding. We had the pork chop, NY strip, and filet, as well as a few sides and salads. Both steaks were cooked exactly as they were ordered, and our pork chop was amazing. Jackie was attentive and so friendly, while making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We’ll be back!
