We had a great time.
Josh our server was great! He was quick, polite, and attentive to our requests.
Great ambiance, low lighting, high class mood. All of our food is pretty good, and we enjoyed the view. Service was a little slow but overall we enjoyed our experience.
Amazing atmosphere, staff and location! Would definitely recommend to everyone. The food is amazing!
Fantastic food! Service was amazing! It was a great experience!
Everything about this experience was horrible and I will never return. It took four hours to get our meal correct and it was far too expensive for the experience. I hope that people will avoid this place as there are far too many good options in town for this type of horrible experience.
Although I am a longtime Perry’s fan, our family dinner on Wednesday eve was a pretty poor experience. Upon our arrival at 6pm, my almost 90 year old mother was made to climb two flights of stairs to our table only to find out an elevator was available for her use later on when we departed. Not only was the noise level with loud music along with excessive large parties and balloons too much, a lack of managerial oversight made it worse. I’m in hopes the lack of service, quality and quantity of food, along with pitiful cocktail prep and follow up was due primarily to pandemic staffing issues. If not, the only notable experience from this point forward will be the beautiful new restaurant setting and the famous beast pork chops. Here’s hoping our dinner experience tonight was merely a “one off” and the next one is much better.
Very nice , brought our son , and the waiter thanked us for bringing him. He was very attentive, and sweet .
Celebrated birthday dinner.
We were not seated in dining room, seated in overflow room.
Service extremely slow and servers all were very young and not familiar with fine dining.
I had to pour my own wine twice.
Did not meet my expectations and host staff not friendly at all.
Awkward to get upstairs in elevator.
Plated food needs improvement also.
Our server Joshua left a bad taste in our mouths.
My Ribeye last night was cooked to perfection at Medium. Moist, Juicy, tender. For a few seconds as I took my 1st first bite I closed my eyes and drifted off to heaven. St. Peter told me its not time yet, and to go back down to finish enjoying my meal 😆 So I did. My Lobster Bisque I had as a starter and the Lobster Mac & Cheese that accompanied my steak was delicous as well. My wife had the Famous Perrys Pork Chop and Potatoes Augratin for her side, which she loves and is a regular go to for us. She raved about the Field Green, Pear & Candied Pecan Salad she had for starters as well. The service was great, and our waiter attended to us very well. My wife had a great Mother's Deal meal.
I had a great experience at Perry’s and the food and the ambiance was amazing! Our waiter was Christopher and he was literally the best waiter I’ve ever had he was awesome!
My experience was definitely not I’m am use to at Perry’s. Our service was less than attentive & it took almost an hour to get our food. The food was not hot & barely Luke warm. It was a very disappointing Mother’s Day dining wise.
Loved the vibe, service was great. But the food was just ok. Lobster Mac and cheese was a hit, mashed potatoes were instant, and the steak didn’t have a lot of seasoning! But the overall experience was awesome ❤️❤️❤️
Overrated for the price, I’ve steaks at home better than what I had, was trying different places
Went tp Perry for a combo mothers day/birthday event. They sat us right onetime, upstairs. We were a party of 5. The table we sat at was part bench and 2 chairs on one side. The bench portion was filthy. It looked like a child had either eaten on it or had been standing on it with dirty shoes. When we brought it to the attention to the gal who sat us she just looked at us, and said nothing. We brushed the seating area clean ourselves. I told her it was unacceptable. Bad start.
We ordered drinks which took a good while. But that was fine. They finally brought out the drinks minus one. They ended up giving one of the drink to the wrong person. The drinks ordered were one we had never had so the person who got the wrong drink had no idea. After the last drink never arrived we asked the waiter about the missing Mango Fizz. He pointed to a drink on the table, the one he gave to the wrong person, and said, "Thats it". Well great. Then where is the Grapefruit drink. Oh, I'm sorry, that one is missing. Not. here, let me get a new Mango Fizz since half of it it gone. Just poor service.
The food came out and it was good. Calamari was really good, very spicy though. More peppers than Calamari. The Bacon Wrapped Scallops were great. The "Off Menu" Salad Rolls were very poorly made and pretty much unraveled when you picked them up.
I was pass on the Sherry Mushrooms as a starter. Flavor not good. Pork Chop as always was phenomenal as was the Filet.
All in all, a $460 dinner with good food and lack luster service.
Service and kitchen were very slow but they were nice and accommodating to fix mistakes. A little underwhelmed because I heard such great things, however I would go back for the ambiance and cocktails—not so much the food. Love fine dining but the price was not worth the experience.
Delicious food & great service! I’ll definitely be back
Took my Mom to Perry's for her first time and she loved it! She tried salmon for the first time in her Life and said she loved it there.
Great new location and service! The staff was very accommodating on Mother's Day for my elderly grandmother.
I will say, though, we had a bit of a tiff with management about adding last minute family guests to join us, as we were sitting in a 2 person reservation, but there was room for them to sit behind us in the booth. We didn't ask for any additional seating, just for them to be able to sit. After a while, there arrived and we only got some looks from them, but was able to sit and have a great Perry's style meal.
We ate the pork chop and it’s absolutely great. We had our Mother’s Day celebration meal and everyone enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend
It was Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day dinner was the occasion. The dress attire was not how they usually have it. I seen tennis shoes with shirt sets and jeans. Not business casual at all. It was a lot is gnats
I get that sometimes you just have a miss. While I normally have a solid dining experience at Perry's, this time wasn't so great but the restaurant did what it could to make amends so I'll just call it a wash.
The service was Amazing, however the food was not so good. The meat was way over cooked and over priced.
My waitress was so nice and polite! I have enjoyed my visit every single time. She made mother's day special for me with her kindness and tlc she added to the experience!
The service was outstanding. I have never been to a Perry's that this isn't true. They really must have a great culture corporate wide. Fast becoming my favorite over Pappas in dallas, and that is really saying something.
Food was mediocre and service was horrible. Very sad We visit Perry's monthly and it was horrible Sunday.
Let’s start with the $6 parking if you’re dining at a restaurant parking should be complimentary. I ordered a Rita Rose Ole one of the tiniest drinks I’ve ever seen for $15, although it was tasty I feel a lemonade would have been equally satisfying. I ordered the Red Snapper and the whole dish was odd I did not enjoy the flavors or flash fry method at all. This was the most expensive dissatisfying food and drink experience I’ve ever had. I did enjoy my waiter and my Sister did appreciate the effort I put in to treat her to a Mother’s Day Brunch.
Mothers Day Lunch with mom and it was excellent!
Everything was absolutely perfect ! Brought my family there Sunday on Mother’s Day ! Great atmosphere, great waitress, great environment!
The food was delicious and awesome, definitely coming back!!!
We waited for our main entree for almost 2 hours. Our server was generally absent for much of our meal.
Our family arrived at 9:40p and left the restaurant at 12:50...but not because of choice, we were hostages to the kitchen and the staff.
We have been here a few times, but it seems as though the dining experience has degraded over time. The food is still good, but that doesn't really matter if you have waited so long without drinks or an explination (I had to eventually walk around to find a manager).
Experience was horrible. reservation was for nine pm but when we got there they told us that the kitchen closed at 10. We ordered drinks and a server was supposed to come back so we can get food and she did not. We had to call a manager over and one came to our table at 9:50 , 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. We didn’t get our full 40 hour and a half after that nor did we see the waiter until we complain. The food was dry and over cooked. I ended up sending mines back. Drinks was the only good thing and the view. Oh let’s not forget that after we complained about the waiter not being over to our table in over an hour she finally came with forks and slammed it on the table. Oh and also the restaurant moved down the street and somehow forgot to mention that when they called me earlier that morning to confirm we will be there
Nothing less then excellent! I most definitely will be coming again!
Parents were visiting Dallas for the first time and had to give them the full experience. Table-side Pork Chops and flambéed Bananas Foster 👌 Andres was an amazing waiter too
Scenery was lovely , the food this time wasn’t so great . Had to send back and that’s something I don’t like to do , waitstaff was pleasant overall
Server needs retraining. Very disappointing experience.
The food was very good. However, the room was loud and noisy , the service poor and rushed, and the parking was a hassle. Perry’s has moved to a new location and clearly is focused on making money, not creating a dining experience.
