Bartender seemed troubled by our order of a Manhattan and Martini on the rocks, almost like not was an inconvenience. Wait staff was serviceable but seemed new and timid. Maybe even a little too quiet. $660 bill for three of us as we ordered good wine and higher end plates. We are in the hospitality industry so we were a touch disappointed by the service. Another larger group from our conference was also dining at the same time and had a great service experience. Food was terrific.

Lobster tail was not very large for $50.... family sides were a bit small. Took a while to get our meals out.

Service was just right-not overbearing and never neglectful. I wonder if I wasn’t hungry enough to give the food 5 stars. Nonetheless, we had a great evening.

Server was always in a hurry. Spilled water constantly when refilling. Never cleaned dirty plates off the table. I had to move them off and place them on empty table. Steak was over cooked and so was lobster tail.

This is a great restaurant; however, you have to be careful as Perry's is not consistent. With reservations, we still waited for 40 minutes to be seated. The food was great, but the temperature was off. The meat was barely warm, the risotto was extremely hot and the Brussels sprouts were moderately hot. Service was very slow (likely they were overwhelmed). The evening dinner took 2-1/2 hours with likely 1-1/2 hours of this time just sitting and waiting for the next course. We watched other parties waiting for 45 minutes for a dessert. There's was no apology or explanation for the slow service; however, from sitting on the balcony looking down it was obvious entire restaurant was slow as many tables had dirty dishes just sitting waiting to be cleared. Perry's is normally a great place; however, only every-other time. We will return, but probably not for 9-12 months.

We were very dissatisfied with our experience here. The waiter was not friendly, did not know the product, and was continually forgetting our requests. We continued to be kind and patient but for a $500 + dinner the service was unacceptable. The manager did come out and try to make up for it. Our lobster and wagu beef came out cold. Our son (with dairy allergy which was explained) orders the pork chop and it came out with butter curds on top. He was too afraid to eat it,so they offered to give him a new one. Which we were told was in our to go bag—-it was not . So he ate nothing, and nothing was comped from our bill. When you order wagu rare, and it gets to the table cold , they just heated it up, over cooked it and brought it back. Unacceptable for a $300 entrée .
A fine dining established needs to ensure they have appropriate servers. This guy was not that he could not answer any questions not even what sauce does the shrimp appetizer cone with or how many. This does not give me any confidence that a food allergy concern would be handled appropriately and it was not.
