It’s a favorite place for upscale dining with a casual business atmosphere. The food and prices are excellent! I highly recommend this place!!

We had the pork chop Friday special and the food was very good. Service was very slow and not attentive. There was also a large group of people seated nearby that were very loud.

The two filet mignons we ordered were of superb quality. However, this being our first time to Perry's we were not aware of the seasonings used in steak preparation. We did not care for the seasoning at all. We prefer salt, pepper and butter only. Should we go again to Perry's we will ask that our steak be prepared with salt, pepper, and butter only. I mentioned our concern about the steak seasoning to our server and asked if it could have been prepared differently. He said yes. I didnt really complain, it was just a comment, however, he did remove one of our steaks from the bill. I thought that was an excellent gesture. We were next to a large group that were very talkative. Judging by the khakis and polo shirts, we assume they were a corporate group and eating heartily. There conversation was a bit annoying, BUT we could have asked to be moved, but remained at our table. Once the real food arrived, the talk quietened. I suppose that what I consider proper dress for a nice restaurant is becoming more and more lax. One guy who walked by our table was wearing what appeared to be gym shorts with a McDonalds logo. A lady walked by and looked as if she just finished 18 holes of golf. Does Perry's have a dress code? I will take a look. Oh, the grilled asparagus was probably the BEST I have ever eaten....delicious. The bread was hot and very good.

A great evening to celebrate milestone birthdays with old friends. Colin our waiter was delightful…brought us each (7 of us) birthday cards signed by waitstaff. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely.

I've been to this location before, and it used to be one of my top three steakhouses. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge letdown. I ordered the 6-oz filet, and it was so heavily coated in a peppery rub that it was nearly inedible. The mac and cheese was more like soup than a creamy side dish. Service was also a significant issue. Our server struggled to communicate, and it was clear they didn’t understand us when we tried to order a drink or ask for bourbon recommendations. At one point, another server came by to ask if we wanted boxes for our food. In that brief moment, he showed more attentiveness than we got from our main server the entire night.
