The Sunday dinner consisted of a salad, full pork chop and dessert trio, and was excellent. The salmon was also excellent, but overpriced.
Great experience at Perry's, in town for just two nights and wanted a terrific meal to celebrate my wife's birthday and Perry's was highly recommended and didn't disappoint.
Dinner was amazing. We had a great time. The food was excellent.
We came in to share a pork chop. Outstanding as usual. I love eating here. Everything was so delicious. Thank you.
Perry's Steakhouse exuded an atmosphere of opulence, with its excellent customer service and exquisite menu offerings, I anticipate returning again and again. Well done.
The team and I had a great lunch with terrific food and service.
Always an awesome experience!
Thanks for the wonderful service and amazing Steak
Party of 16 went so smoothly
Amazing food. Amazing service (ask for Amanda!) great bottle of wine and a very nice/romantic atmosphere. If I made more money I would come here a lot more often ;)
We loved everything about Perry's. The food was exceptionally delicious, especially the Filet Perry. The ambiance was perfect and our server Andres was very helpful and kind.
Had an unbelievable adult family meal here. Steaks were outstanding. Highly recommend!!!
Beautiful place, great food and awesome service.
our first visit was amazing, food and service was great, will come again
Fridays are Perry's is a must when in Austin. Their lunch specials are to die for.
Our dining experience was Excellent in all aspects. Online reservations were easy to accomplish. We were warmly greeted by all the staff as we made way to our table. Stairs were involved. The Old Fashion and the wines were well recommended by our server and enjoyed greatly. The Pork Chop Special and the Trio desert were terrific. A fine dining lunch all the way around.
Great food and nice waiter
I would still recommend Perry's - Just never have the same server. I have brought a LOT of business your way over the years including some very large parties not tied to my name.
Our waiter's personality was kind of off - quirky. Besides forgetting "several' things / requests and having to be asked for again.... he'd kind of laugh it off when we'd remind him. I had asked to have a glass of Chardonnay with my salad and a glass of cab with my steak. He brought my chardonnay when I finished my salad... then tried to push the cab on me.
He would annoyingly come by and ask if everything was OK and then come by 3 to 4 minutes later asking the same question... standing there staring at us for a response - while we were eating either our appetizers, our salads, and then our entre... at least 4 times during the entre even if it meant interrupting our conversation ! After you'd say yes, its fine - he would kind of stand there and awkwardly hover over the table.
It made me hope for one of those red/green circles you put on the table letting him know whether we needed anything or not
I received the worst cut of a New York as it came from the end of the strip... it was obvious. At the end of our meal I had a 1/3 of the steak piled up in gristle and he had no clue to even ask. He was more focused on pushing after dinner drinks and desert. Fine dining restaurant's servers should pay attention to what is really going on, not just taking orders, serving food, and telling others to pick up plates that have been sitting a while.
To top the evening off, I wanted to reserve the Vault for my wife' birthday dinner on Sept 15th. The hostess pushed me to contact your person Misty. I said handed her my business card and asked her to please give it to tonights manager and have YOUR company contact me. Crickets. So I left a on your website and have not heard from anyone.
Should I take everyone to Trulucks?
Thanks for asking for feedback.
Rose petals on the table for anniversary was a nice touch
The food was fantastic. However, we were disappointed to be sat in the middle of a construction area which significantly detracted from the overall experience. We were also surprised that the server did not explain that the pork chop was 32oz (weight unlisted on the menu), and recommend we split the portion when we both ordered our own. Excellent cut of meat, but 64 oz was definitely too much for 2 people.
We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated right away. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. There were very few customers there at that time. Food was wonderful and our server Paulina was so sweet, helpful and attentive. My only issue, which is a small one, is that we were seated in a kind of entry alcove instead of in the beautiful dining room. Many many people entered after we did and they were almost exclusively seated in the dining room, rather than in the alcove area. The evening would have been perfect except for that.
Great experience from start to finish
We were quite disappointed in Perry’s. As a 6 person group with reservations we were led past the main fun and loud area of the restaurant to up the stairs and to a back area. This area of the restaurant was obviously reserved for private parties and had a TV on a Stan behind us. It was completely different than the main restaurant. I recall us walking out when finished wishing and wondering why we were placed in this crevice of a dining area that was so quiet with other parties you could hear a pin drop. As for our service I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she was top notch. No issues. For the food it was average, the steaks were good, but not 50$ minimum steak price without sides good. Two people got the bison ribeye which were so undercooked they had to be sent back, and when they were finally returned 15 minutes later, they were great but everyone had already finished their meal, and they were the same steaks, just reheated. The other steaks were cooked great so someone didn’t know how to cook the bison. Overall the place was OK but not worth the price for what we got in experience and quality.
21st birthday and enjoying restaurant week menu..great
The famous Pork Chop Friday is now one of my favorite Friday lunch adventures... The service was above and beyond! The food was quality with large portions. Still daydreaming about that pork chop!!!
Friday pork chop lunch is the best value meal in Austin!! Amazing quality and great service.
Pork Chop Friday! A great team celebration event! Never disappoints!!
Great dinner. Great waiter
Food was amazing! One of the best steaks ever!
The food was not good enough to be charging what was charged.
They’re in the middle of renovations so the restaurant looks awkward right now but the service and food was still excellent.
We arrived and was quickly seated in a table we were pleased with. Unfortunately it took Eric, our server, 15+ minutes to stop by. He took our wine order and wanted the food order at the same time. Next thing we know the salads are arriving, couple incorrect, no bread and wine had just been poured. So the meal came to quickly after a very slow start. Food was good as always. Valet was an absolute mess. Took 35 minutes to get our car.
Fantastic as usual.
Love coming to this particular Perrys.
Everything about it is A-One.
The food and service was OUTSTANDING! It was literally the best bone in prime strip I have ever had. Our waitress Skyler was very kind and did a fantastic job. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a memorable experience.
Two year Anny didn’t have a Porsche or Ferrari like half the other customers but it was still chill no worries swiping the card 🤙🏼 was worth being broke for the week!
I have been going to Pork Chop Friday for many years now. LOVE IT! My brother was in town so we went and this time, I had issues. Food was great but the service was horriable. We ordered an appetizer which was really good but then sat for over 1/2 hour for our pork chops. People who sat down well after us was getting their food. I finally asked our server and he said he put our order in after we ate our appetizers. Here is my real issue - He said our food did come out later then expected and offered to give dessert to us on the house. There was myself, my son, and myself. He handed all of us a dessert list so we all ordered. When I got the bill, he only comped one of the desserts. (Each dessert was $11). I would have never ordered dessert since we were all full. I feel like the server was sneaky and didn't appreciate it. Our server should have said - one dessert to share. My bill was high enough without another $20 tagged onto it for something I would not have ordered. I would have said something at the time but I didn't catch it until I got home and looked at the bill closer. I feel Perrys Steak House STOLE $20 from me.
Our lunch experience was amazing
Pork chop was the absolute best I've ever had.
Service was impeccable
Valet could use a better system
