   Wonder food and our server was attentive and very professional. Overall a great experience. The aged ribeye was spectacular and. The beet salad was so good! The seafood tower was very fresh and delicious.

   Perry’s in the past has been a great experience with amazing service. The experience today had much to be desired. Service was sub par to say the least. I let him know we had two birthdays and that was never acknowledged. It was an act of congress to get bread. And they brought out the to go order on a tray and it had to be packaged up. And they didn’t include bread. The bananas Foster’s was still cold because they barely cooked it. We spent $900 and left feeling weird about the experience. I will go back and hope it is better next time.

   Waiter, Billy, was great. Staff is trained really well, everyone was super helpful and earnestly wants their guests to have a great experience. Would definitely go back.

    Food was great but service lacking. We ordered drinks upon sitting, but didn’t get them for over 20 minutes. We had already ordered and received our first course of the meal. I ordered a second drink when the main course arrived and ultimately canceled the drink order after 20+ minutes, and finishing our meal. I had to alert a near by manager in the bar area to cancel the order because the waiter had not been to the table in 10+ minutes. She never even came back to apologize! The waiter finally came back, and nervously apologized and said ticket times at the bar were running over 20 minutes, which is unacceptable. Since we were seating the bar area, I had the privilege to watch people ordering drinks directly at the bar, getting their drinks made on the spot and complete in less than 5 minutes. I worked at bothe original Perry’s and Perry’s Italian back in the late 90’s; this service was not acceptable then. I felt bad for waiter so still gave a descent tip.
