The Periodic Table at Catamount, overlooking Steamboat's beautiful mountains and the Catamount golf course, is currently closed for the season.                                                 I have been to all the Periodic Table menus and this was the least enjoyable menu and ambience. The menu was average and the outdoor seating was basic outdoor furniture which was very uncomfortable to relax and enjoy the venue. If you are expecting finer dining, you will get basic South Pacific comfort food which lacks a WOW factor- but at WOW prices. The staff was the usual outstanding, the food was well prepared, just lacked the creativity which prior menus had consistently delivered. Seating was really basic and uncomfortable

                                                We had an outstanding meal! The Short Rib Appetizer, amazing! Morgan was very attentive to us and added to the garment flavors which surprised and delighted us. Add great specialty cocktails, such fun whiskey drinks, and what isn't to love about Periodic Table.

                                                New Hawaiian/ Colorado menu is very fun and unique. Food, drinks, and service was wonderful. All that is needed is spam musubi or a spam option for the fried rice to make it true Hawaiian. Spectacular outdoor views. Highly recommended this season.
