Perennial is a place I will go to regularly. Their craft, unique beers utilizing local/foraged ingredients are absolutely delicious. The food is delicious. My wife and I ordered the BLT salad, which had large chunks of soft yet hard bacon (not sure how they do it, but I’m glad they do), onion soup which was one of the best onions soups I’ve had, and their burger which is everything you’d want in a burger! We took our desserts to go and my only problem was that there wasn’t more! I was scraping my container trying to get as much as I could. Highly recommend for a chill, relaxed date night or to go with friends/coworkers for drinks and great food!

Really great food, but this place is quite busy every night. Service was a bit on the slow side as everything came out just minutes after the appetizers. It was pretty noisy, but still a great atmosphere and, again, great food!

This was my first visit. Food and service were both very good. Aside: I was surprised at OpenTable's last question where it seems like its set to rate louder as better. Sign of our times, I suppose. Restaurant interior design used to include sound absorbing materials, now most new restaurants use hard surfaces aimed at increasing the sound level. But having said that, Perennial had a very acceptable sound level.

We've eaten at Perennial on Lockwood several times. Sometimes it's just going out to a family dinner. Other times it may be an event like a wedding or beer tasting. The latest event we went to was for the Scratch Brewing Beer Dinner. We love both Scratch and Perennial, but honestly, the kitchen here steals the show. Always impressive and amazing meals.

Immediately upon walking in the restaurant, it was really loud. It was full for sure, but the noise level was actually so high that it was hard to hear the person sitting next to me. Even with reservations, we were told there was no more room outside to combat the noise, so we were kind of stuck. Great food, but the noise really took away from the entire experience.

we enjoyed the food and the restaurant decor was great. the food was reasonable but the drinks were high. the noise level was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. would probably try to get a patio table if we go back.

Food is always great, but last few visits have been poor in service. Manager and other staff working to keep the flow/help best they can, but service took much longer than it should have. Food was amazing as always, and drinks were great, though both of my first and second choices were "out of stock"- could be end of month/Holiday impact? NOTE for Open Table: when booking, Happy Hour was advertised 3:00 pm-8:45, so we thought our chicken sandwiches were HH priced. but not when bill came. We were told menu stated HH was UNTIL 5:30 (which makes sense). May want to update your website. thanks- we will be back!

Our server was fantastic, especially so since she’s new to the restaurant. She Katie fly as seres our questions and provided the right amount of follow-up on our apps, meals, and drinks. Our dinners were great. But I think “spicy” is still on the mild side for us. Nonetheless, we’ll be back soon.

Server and host were super helpful and kind. ‘No standing’ at the bar was a little annoying since we were early for our table. Server was a bit forgetful. bar service was super slow. 4 of 5 meals were great. Mussels were over cooked and meat was negligible in them due to that. Over a decent experience but not great

We love coming here to start our evening. This visit we went for drinks and appetizers only. Stuck with the cocktail menu and drinks were great , the exception was the Rootbeer cocktail (I’m forgetting the name) it just wasn’t our taste. The charcuterie board was the star! Always delicious no matter what we get.

Both patio and inside dining are great options. The food is incredible and, of course, the beer is delicious. We especially enjoy the availability of many beers brewed on site that you can’t get in stores.

Started off great but after getting our appetizer, delicious Pretzel Monkey Bread, it quickly deteriorated. Food came out timely but I ordered the Honey Gem Salad, added Crispy Chicken, and the soup of the day. There was no chicken and no spoon for the soup. The food runner apologized and said it would be a few minutes for the chicken and he would get me a spoon. About 5 minutes later, our waiter came to check on us. I told him about the chicken and that I needed a spoon. My husband also asked for a refill of his tea. Five more minutes go by as I watch the waiter go to the back with pitchers, go back to the bar, chat with coworkers, take my husband’s tea to the back, this time towards the bathrooms (?) and then finally bring it to the table with all the ice melted. Still no spoon for my soup, By that time I had already eaten my salad, which was fine but had a few core pieces in it. I politely told the waiter that I would like everything I ordered removed from the bill. He then started to make excuses about how busy they were. I told him to stop with excuses and just make it right. The whole experience was just really disappointing. Restaurants need to do the small things right and if they don’t, acknowledge it. No one came to apologize. They did remove my meal from the bill. We won’t be back, it’s a shame since this place came highly recommended.
