Perch is an intimate fine dining restaurant focusing on Canadian ingredients, ethical and sustainable products.
Awarded as the 4th Best New Canadian Restaurant 2022 by Enroute, and #85 for Canada's Best Restaurants 2023. With the dining room facing into the wide open kitchen offering a nine course tasting menu and a bar focusing on unique cocktails and natural wines.

Nine Course tasting menu is $145 for food menu
Beverage Pairing is $100 per person (optional)
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Pairing is $85 per person (optional)

We release reservations 60 days in advance.

Tasting Menu - 9 Course Meal
Multiple dates available
Our 9 course tasting menu is $145 per person. We suggest allowing 3 hours for your meal. We also offer a beverage pairing at an additional charge, we also have plenty of by the glass options for wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. The whole table must do the tasting menu, we do not offer an a la carte option. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with 48 hours notice.

Perch is an amazing experience! I definitely recommend it. The food was super creative and absolutely delicious. The service staff were fantastic and so friendly. I also really enjoyed the drink pairings—such a great touch!

Treated myself to a fantastic 3 hour experience just me, myself and I. Had a blast chatting with Shannon the bar manager, great service. The wine pairing selections were on point, and the food delicious leaving me fully satisfied. What more can you ask for! Recommended and looking forward to coming back.

It was a wonderful evening! Each course was so delicious, and presented so beautifully. The service was top notch, even going above and beyond for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend for a special, memorable night out.

From start to finish, our meal was incredible. The presentation of each course was amazing and every bite was bursting with a unique combination of flavours. Their cocktail pairings were equally amazing. Well done team Perch!

You need to go. The food is spectacular, and both options of drink pairings are lovely. The non-alcoholic pairings were imaginative and so tasty. The sommelier knows his business, the service was stellar, fast and friendly. The portion sizes were good - although there are 9 courses, you do not leave feeling too full or not fed enough.

Excellent meal over all. We absolutely loved 7 out of the 9 dishes. One savoury that we both found just ok and a little acidic for our taste and i would say the dessert was the only disappointment. I had heard that prior to attending and unfortunately it was accurate. Just didn’t live up to the rest of the meal. By no means did that overshadow the rest of the courses that were beautifully prepared and executed. A nice verity of proteins. Service was great. It was a nice pace for 9 courses. Definitely a treat as it’s not inexpensive but i certainly think the value is there.

Incredible tasting experience, the wines were paired perfectly with the meals which were innovative and presented perfectly. Both the sommelier and server were knowledgeable and fun. Being able to look into the open kitchen and see the chefs prepare the meals right in front of us was a real highlight.
