    I had lunch with a friend. All the servers and hostesses were great. The food was excellent, and the view amazing.

    A lack of wait staff was a serious problem as 3 waiters did not come to work. The rest of the staff was fantastic, from the hostesses to the waitresses and bussers. The food and service were exceptional but we, along with others diners, had lengthy waits to be seated. We hope staffing issues were a one time event but that may be just hopeful thinking.

    Matthew was our server. He was very attentive and noticed that my husband didn’t look like he was very keen on sitting next to the table that we sat down next to. Only because the one kid was quite loud and we couldn’t hear each other talk. So he graciously moved us to another table where it was quiet. I had the grilled chilled artichokes & a sushi roll. I believe it was the one with Thai chili sauce. My husband had the filet & a Caesar salad. I could eat the artichokes on the daily. You could definitely make it a meal if you are wanting something light. The sushi roll had great flavor and tasted very fresh. I had a bite of my husbands filet and it was perfectly cooked. Great flavor! We also shared the mojito flights. It was a really cool presentation. They bring out the flight with ice and the flavors and then a separate wheel with limes and sugar cane is dropped off with it so you can add the liquor to your flights. We came here for my birthday and absolutely loved the view and the ambience. We will definitely be back

    We’ve been coming here since 1996 and this place has changed for us ! it’s just not the same anymore. The menu has changed and the food does not taste the same. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore.

    I made my reservation well in advance. I was specific about asking for a table that faces the Bay that looks over the San Diego Skyline. The table was towards the back of the outside deck near the serving station. There was very little shade and we needed two umbrellas to cover the table of six, which was a stretch but I guess there is a rule that you cannot have more than two umbrellas. . The hostess was snippy and rude. The server was not attentive and the food was mediocre at best. I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years. I usually dine here three times a year with about 7-8 women each time. Maybe it is time to find somewhere else to eat. Sincerely, Dr. Linda Comin

    Calamari was very salty and so was my sea bass dinner. Server was outstanding but the cook over seasoned everything with salt.
