Now offering outdoor and indoor dining. Pellinos Italian Restaurant has been operating since 1992. We are located in the heart of the North End, on the freedom trail. We serve regional, rustic and bold Italian cuisine. Fresh Pastas of Gnocchi, Pappardella and Raviolis are made daily on premise. Sauces, Soups, Desserts, Dressings and all dishes are prepared from scratch. We serve our savory warm eggplant caponata spread with our warm freshly baked ciabatta bread. Knowledgeable and friendly staff will cater to all your needs. Pellinos Italian Restaurant is available for luncheon and dinner events. We can accommodate up to 50 diners. We celebrated our Anniversary and had a great meal. New place for us, small but comfortable. Great service and ambiance.

My all time favorite restaurant. Ambiance is simple but the food is consistently amazing and authentic. Everything is fresh and delish!!!

Food was great but felt extremely rushed by our server. Within the first ten minutes of sitting she asked us 4 times if we were ready to order and the third time she informed us she’d be back in one minute to take our order. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Entire meal took 45 minutes. Sat at 6pm for our reservation and walked out at 6:45. I think this was just due to them wanting to flip tables on a Saturday night, but it felt a bit rude. Have been here a few times and this never happened, so will definitely be back. Again, food is delicious!

The food was outstanding. I had the rack of lamb - fantastic. Guests had lasagna and chicken parm, both great. And most importantly, my daughter who has celiac disease had the gluten free penne with chicken and vodka sauce. Which was amazing. Only challenge was how tight the space was (not unusual in the north end). Had some difficulty getting into our seats. Definitely will be back.

The food is always excellent at Pellinos. Service was terrific as well. We come here often. Highly recommended.

Great experience. The food was delicious and all their pasta is homemade. The chocolate lava cake for dessert was incredible and our waiter was super nice.

We went out for a very early dinner with the family and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Great pasta and meatballs with friendly waitstaff.
