   PELATO IS THE BEST!!!! The burnt broccoli will CHANGE your life forever. I need the recipe. The garlic bread with the parm sauce is to die for. BIG FAN! Service is also great!

   Great pastas, especially the radiator ala vodka. Also loved the orecchiette with sausage. The burrata crostini was a great way to start. Server Scott had great suggestions and was appropriately attentive without being overbearing. While we did not have a special occasion to celebrate, lots around us did and the restaurant does fun stuff with sparklers.

   Environment was very loud, service took forever and the food is all premade so no alterations available. The temperature was extremely cold. This was the second time we went there, the first time was when it was fairly new and they were much more accommodating with the food allowing for low sodium dishes. This time they just said whatever’s on the menu that’s all there is with no alterations..

   Hi Jospeh. Yes, there are a lot of people in the room at once, and people like to talk, laugh, vibe, etc. If you're looking for a quiet environment to enjoy a meal, I recommend getting takeout and going to a library or a park. Please feel free to go through our history of reviews pertaining to salt / sodium. Half of the review mentioning those things are annoyed that the food is either too salty or not salty enough. We're pleased with our sodium levels, and comments about that are rare. If you felt sometime was too salty, we would have remade it for you, and you you could have gone home happy. As for the temperature... It's been 45 to 75 in Nashville every day this week... We're all trying to figure out the season, but next time wear a hoodie and you'll be good.    The restaurant is extremely noisy for anyone trying to have a conversation. The food was excellent but quite pricey for what is given.

   Pelato was an amazing experience for my self and my girlfriend who is an absolute foodie. From the moment you enter you are treated like royalty. All service members are quick to help with any requests. My favorite part of the service is even those who aren’t assigned to your table still check in if your server is busy. It is always a full house as it’s so good but still intimate enough to enjoy your company. The food is absolutely incredible! We tried 6 or 7 dishes as they are very shareable. I highly recommend the arachini and vodka sauce pasta! Start with garlic bread and the crispy potatoes. The drinks were also spectacular! Couldn’t recommend this place more for a special occasion or just a catch up with the crew! Thanks!

   Our dining experience for my birthday was absolutely amazing. This was our first time here. We got 4 plates to share and it was a perfect amount for us. Would 10/10 recommend coming to the restaurant. Thank you for the amazing hospitality Natalie and staff.

   Food and service was excellent. The crispy cauliflower and shrimp limone were both excellent. Never can go wrong with the White Cloud. Really enjoyed sitting at the larger table,with more room for all the dishes, in back dining room

    We had a wonderful time at Pelato - it’s open concept is definitely a bit high on the noise level scale, but the food is absolutely worth it. Josh was our server and gave us 5-star treatment! We will be asking for him next time we visit.
