Made a reservation for 12am, got there at 12am i was told my table was not ready. I will be called when my table is ready. Was never called. I when back at 12:26, nobody was at the welcome desk, had a friend go look for the girl, she said our table is still not ready (mind you, there was a bunch of empty table and chairs available). I was standing in the inside with my friends until few minutes to 1am. Ended up leaving, they didn’t even care or come check on us and anything, mind you they close at 2am. I will not recommend going on a Saturday.

We had an appointment for 8:30, but when we arrived, there was no one to greet or seat us. After waiting around for 40 minutes, I approached an employee to ask if anyone could help us get seated and take our order. She seemed confused by the request but eventually seated us. Unfortunately, it took another 20 minutes before anyone came by to take our order. Things didn’t really start picking up until after 10 PM, when more staff started showing up and the atmosphere improved. From that point on, it was a lot more enjoyable. The DJ was great and really brought the energy up, which helped salvage the night.

The ambiance, vibe, art, music and experience with the hookah is excellent. Absolutely charming and romantic scene. Only complaint is they need more drink selections. Only two beers on the menu and they were out of seltzers, so it left expensive cocktails or wine as the only choice for drinks.

Service is poor. Hookah is good but you on get two coals. If you want more it requires a repack which is unnecessary. Made reservation and still waited 15mins to be seated. Overprice for sure. I'm good.

2 drinks & one hookah for almost $100 is insane. Your table reservations is only 2 hours. That’s horrible … By the time you actually comfortable and ready to have fun, it’s time to go. Never again! I use to LOOOOVE this place. Like faithfully there almost every other weekend

No food, but drinks are very good. During busy hours and days service can be a little slow at times, but very friendly and always a great experience.

Waited 30 minutes for drinks that never came. Asked for the check and it was never brought to us. Had to keep looking for the waitress. Good vibes terrible service.

I come here often but experienced the worst customer service. Paid for 2 hookahs only to receive 1, just to be told at the end of reservation that they are backed up with hookahs & we had to go outside due to our reservation time being up. Also was told they would refund us for the hookah but the only way to do that was to void the whole transaction & basically had to double pay when they could’ve just extended our reservation for 30 more mins to accommodate us with hookah we had already paid for. But might fault for expecting top tier service from a hookah bar
