Pause is a surprising find on the green Northern edge of Brisbane in Samford Village. Just 25 mins from the CBD finds you comfortably entertained in our al fresco dining area, or inside our air-conditioned rooms, with a menu in hand that is sure to excite.

Our Italian Chefs craft their dishes from scratch, with emphasis on locally grown produce, much of which is grown in Samford. Fresh, simple, quality ingredients are masterfully plated with European flair, complemented by a generous wine list with both Australian and International offerings.

We love entertaining groups (especially Birthdays!), and have a large Deck overlooking the Valley that can accomodate groups up to 24. We can cater for up to 90 guests dining, or 125 "cocktail" service with small plates and canapés.

We are perhaps best known for our 7-8 course "Leave it to Chef" degustation, which parades 5 courses of food from our current menu across your table. It's a

yet another magnificent degustation. Chef Reno really excels. The 24 hour pork was melting in the mouth. We must all support our local businesses during this time. Tables were far enough apart to minimise any worries. Thanks team a most enjoyable evening.

The food was awesome!! Love the degustation where you try things you wouldn’t normally go for. Pair it with matched wines and it makes for a great night!!!

Our social club had their first night out this year and all thoroughly enjoyed their night out. The food, service and atmosphere was truly remarkable. Every meal that we had and all different from a steak to the degustation meal were excellent. Thankyou so much again for a great night.

Considering we were the only patrons there, the meal took a very long time to arrive. The waitress took away our bread and olives before our main was served while we still grazing Other staff members came and the three of them sat right behind us and talked and laughed quite loudly despite all other ares being empty

Overall it was good, I didn't personally like the Pork Collar, it had an odd taste, probably just me
