    Our favorite restaurant for all our special dates. Eric, our waiter, was attentive, answered our questions, recommended a wonderful wine. Only concern was apple pie was just warm, not hot enough to melt the ice cream…it was still delicious!

    Poor service. No excuse. Not overly busy. The food was average at best. The four of us all said the quality was nothing like what we’d expect from a place like Paul Martin’s. I would never go back.

    Service was good. The short rib was tender but the sauce was a thick gravy that tasted like a can Dinty Moore stew had been opened and poured over the top. The plate was the short rib covered in gravy and a perfectly round mashed potato mass. Potatoes not great at all, you felt compelled to dip them in the gravy but the gravy was gross. Plate needed some broccoli or a carrot, something to bring it to life. Was the most unattractive and unappetizing plate of very, very marginal, almost bad food. Sad.

    Food was decent. Service was subpar. Servers were quite rude and also was poor. Took forever for anything to get to us or for anything to check on us.

    Of four meals, three were great and one terrible - the special fish so covered in goop you couldn’t fine the fish. However, this is the second time in a row we’re had bad service. The waiter was pleasant enough BUT service was way too slow. We didn’t get cocktails for 45 minutes, and our dinner orders weren’t taken for 55 minutes. The waiter is a pro, I’ll give him that - he is very good at not looking at your table when he is anywhere near so that you can’t beckon him. HIRE MORE HELP.
