Had to send calamari back. It was over cooked and rubbey. Then my filet mignon came out ovet cooked, By the time they brought me back a new one, my entire family was done eating.... no compensation on the check, no apology from management. I will not be going back there.

Overall, a very mediocre experience, especially at the price point. Walked in at 7:05 on a Sunday night. There were two hosts at the stand that didn’t acknowledge us for at least 3 minutes, even when one was standing there looking at her tablet. After being seated in a less than half full restaurant, it took more than ten minutes for a waiter to visit us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and the waiter said she would be back with water. Another worker dropped off the drinks and appetizer, and we had to remind her about the water when she took our dinner order. The food was fine, to be expected at the price point. After that, it took a long time to get our dessert and then our bill after that. We will not be returning.

We celebrated our anniversary at Paul Martins. I had a reservation and was greeted and seated right away. We got our drinks quickly with a beautiful presentation. I had the fried Chicken special and it was so delicious and so much food I couldn’t finish it. The corn elote was amazing so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to go back!🫶🥳

The host was wonderful, he did an outstanding job. The service lacked a lot, at best, it was minimal. Seemed to have a hard time tracking down help and service. I got the feeling sometimes we were in the way of other things. The food was delicious for two of us, and not so for the other two. One dinner was too spicy for her. For the other, the meat was overdone and tough. The spicy one they comped and fixed something else for her. The other one did not want to cause any problems. I did check the chicken parmesan. Spicy was not mentioned. I have been going to your restaurant since you opened, I was never unhappy with service or food.

Very good food, fried chicken, elote corn, salads & desserts were excellent- the potato salad was not good relatively No flavor and just downright weird. Tommy was an excellent waiter with good knowledge and professional attitude- only issue was 2 of our guest requested no onions on their salad and when the salads arrived they had onions. Decided not to complain but a little disappointed. They were both able to eat around them - Overall we were very happy and will return.

I hosted a party of seven to Paul Martin's for a special occasion and my experience was anything but special. I am not a person who writes reviews about anything, I usually chalk a bad experience up to bad luck or someone having a bad day, but this experience deserves a review if for no other reason than to help Paul Martin's improve. In short, our server had no personality, was unfriendly and seemed irritated with us from the moment we sat down. She told us nothing about the menu or nor did she tell us about any specials. She or the kitchen staff missed one or our entrees which made the rest of the party wait to eat and eventually awkwardly eat in front of the individual waiting for their food. It is not the mistake I am complaining about, it was the lack of apology or acceptance of responsibility. In fact, she kind of acted like we had done something wrong, not sure what that was. The whole thing was just weird. The food was another issue, tasteless and burnt were the two words universally used by the members of my party. Additionally, all the vegetable sides were undercooked to the point that only small portions were edible. Only the French Dip and the Fillet Mignon seemed to have been prepared well and enjoyed by my party. So, only two of the seven members of my party thought the meal was good. When you spend the kind of money to feed seven people at a "high end" restaurant, you expect good service and excellent food, I received neither at Paul Martin's.

you will need a reservation to eat here as it is very popular. If you can, request a table outside as the restaurant is busy and noisy. The food is wonderful! I had the daily prix fixe special which was fried chicken with a salad starter. The chicken was moist and the crust flavorful though a tad overcooked and dark. We also had the seafood linguine and halibut which were both well flavored and decent sized portions. Finished the evening with homemade peach cobbler, again a hit.
