Launched in 2016 with a social media explosion that was the invention of the FreakShake…Patissez, based in the heart of Manuka, Canberra has become so much more. We are obsessed with amazing fresh food, done right and brought to you with out any of the modern day fancy nonsense. We serve what we love, from our special brunch menu, to tacos that you won’t find anywhere else in Australia, to a range of hand made desserts and bespoke French Toast menu. Our full menu runs all day and thanks to COVID19 we have the most incredible takeaway brunch menu EVER! We offer full table dining as well as our amazing take away menu - either way TEXT IS BEST! Want to eat in? Bookings are ideal although essential for weekends, just send us a text with the date, name & preferred time & we’ll get back to you ASAP. We of course offer tables for walk-ins it just depends on what’s free at the time!

How sad, it’s completely gone down hill. I ate here two days in a row (due to social engagements). The tacos were cold, overpriced ($40 for two tacos they were prawn and lobster) and not to the standard the previous owners had it at. The next day I had the chicken sandwich. Dry bread, not much filling and lettuce brown. It was a cold Canberra day and they didn’t have the overhead heaters on, so was cold and unpleasant. Service was good.

We ordered a “bacon and egg toastie” but they brought out a “bacon toastie” and then brought out the eggs on a seperate plate? They then asked if we just want to eat the eggs seperate instead of offering to put it on the toastie. (I had to ask to please put the egg on our bacon and egg toastie) our coffees came out after the food which took about 25 minutes despite only have 2 other tables in at the time.

Can really recommend the Oh Canada French toast it was simply sublime, the home made brioche was delicious. I really appreciated the free refill for cups of tea, something special nowhere else I've gone offers.

The menu was comprehensive with something for everybody I would think. All food coming out looked good and my Rueben sandwich which is hard to find on a menu, very tasty.

We travel interstate to Canberra and always come back to Patissez! The food is amazing, we had the banoffee French toast, pulled pork eggs benne and avo toast. All were amazing and tasted sooo nice 10/10 for food. We used to love coming for the platter for 2 but no longer on the menu. The service was amazing, the young boy that served us had the best manners and put a smile on our face. Very easy to order through the QR code, food and coffee were very quick. A little noisy but we have a big group sitting next to us. Once again another excellent breakfast

Disappointed that they had no donuts! Was shocked at the $1.50 surcharge for oat milk, not sure how that one is justified.

Great venue was great with outdoor heaters and plastic shutters to keep you warm and out of the elements. The food is on point and delicious 😋

Great food, the seating can feel pretty cramped given how small the space is but the heaters make up for it on a cold day. Have been coming to Patissez for years and it’s always good.
