Drinks-sazerac is not made traditionally
Cease salad dressing was homemade and extremely bitter, unable to eat.
Tomato soup with basil was more like tomato paste with HEAVY pepper and salt-unable to eat
In fact pepper and salt seem to be the dominate flavor for the pot roast dish as well, it too was not palatable. The seafood platter was huge,of course there's going to be a but, the catfish was so slimy the breading fell off. The corn bread tasted dry and old. There was a large piece of French bread in the middle which was buried under everything o give the plate a over flowing appearance. Fries and shrimp were good. Homemade tarter sauce was not.
In short if excessive use of pepper and salt defines how well your food taste this would be the place. I only hope others there made better choices and enjoyed their meal
Best bread pudding! White chocolate with frangelico.
I’ve been to this restaurant many times and the food is never disappointing. The service however can be hit or miss. The last time I went “the kitchen” was behind for Sun. brunch. Luckily, I had nowhere urgent to be. The bill was messed up and I actually had to pay twice.
Food was good but slightly cold
Reservations at 7PM on Friday - seated promptly. Good food and good service. Really like this place.
Had a family get together here. Great menu and great atmosphere.
Server was very helpful for the out of town guests in selecting a dinner option. However, she was not familiar with non menu bar items (knob creek old fashioned) & said there was no stuffed olives for martinis, but eventually she asked per our request & we were able to get a martini with stuffed olives.
Food is always good, but service was slow. She forgot to bring the wine with dinner, but that worked out because our cocktails came right before the meal.
Patio 44 food was luke warm to almost cold after waiting a half hour. They don’t serve bake potatoes and the fingerling potatoes had no seasoning whatsoever. Overall-we were disappointed
Food was delicious! I loved their grits! I will definitely be back.
Service and food were both excellent!! I’ll definitely return.
Our first occasion the visit after 2 others said , you've got to check out the Patio 44, so glade we did, we will make Patio 44 our favorite restaurant in Biloxi.
Best Wishes and Blessings

Our waiter was excellent. Our first visit so need to go again before rating food.
Was not crowded and service was very slow. Waitress was pleasant made excuses for to big party’s for wait. Only problem was they were only other people in the restaurant.
Portions were small as well
Tried Patio 44 on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Food was very good and our server attentive without hovering. I suspect it could get very loud there, but not overly loud the night we were there. I’ve already recommended it to friends.
We always love brunch at Patio 44. Food is good, service great. Have been there for dinner also same thing.
Great patio , great food - our waitress was very nice and so was the manager- both were friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu- would definitely go back
Great food and service. Good choices for wine list and reasonable.
Excellent service and meal.
We went for my wife's birthday which I included in the reservation thru open table. No one mentioned her birthday. Our server was not very engaged, we had to ask for the specials prior to ordering, refills, and gravy that was forgotten. Our server was also tattooed with purple hair, she continued to pull up her tight putting her hands inside her pants then serving food. The food was disappointing as well. My wife had the shrimp and grits which the sauce was like pure hot sauce. I had the chicken and waffles which the chicken was bland and dry, it could have used more syrup. This was our second time to visit Patio 44 and was very disappointed compared to my first visit. This most likely will be our last visit.
We always enjoy the food, though it seemed a bit salty this time around. The waitress was very strange and made us a bit uncomfortable.. Usually the service here is top notch.. It was still worth the drive from Baton Rouge.
Took forever to get drinks, took forever for food, and then the redfish had scales (scale your fish some people eat the fish skin)
Overall good dinning experience. We will be back!
Recommended to me by a local tennis pro. Good and a nice place to go to to get out of casino dining if you are visiting. There menu is big, a little pricey, but not overblown for the portions and flavors.
I had gumbo. Two of my dinner companions added it to their order after tasting mine, it was so good. Spicy and perfectly thick.
Shrimp and grits was my entree choice. The presentation was typical, but tasty. The gouda grits were fabulous, but I couldn't finish them.
Service was good, not outstanding. We had 5 and they put us at a table of four, squeezed in our 5th at the end, even though it wasn't crowded and we had a reservation. We had to ask for the tableware for the 5th person when the bread was served. Bread was meh. Cold, unsliced, could have been purchased at a grocery store.
Very nice - exceeded my expectations.
Not really impressed over all. Just ok.
Went to Patio 44 for our 50th anniversary. First time ever there and the next time where in Biloxi a definite return. The shrimp and grits was outstanding with a little spicy bite. My wife had the soft shell crab which she said was great. Large beer and wine list. Dinner cost about $55.00 with a beer and a cocktail. A better deal then the casino's. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
Third time eating there. Sunday brunch, restaurant was not crowded. Waitress was sweet and tried to be accommodating. After ordering, we waited approximately 30 to 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The slow service was consistent with my last two visits! Oyster Po boy arrived with just shredded lettuce to half slices of tomato and some fried oysters on toasted bread. There was no mayonnaise or any kind of dressIng on sandwich. The roast beef Po boy had a gravy that tasted like it came out of a can.
Although I love the restaurants modern decor And it's very nice bar, I won't go back and I do not recommend this restaurant.
Nice addition to the Biloxi dining scene. Good atmosphere, friendly and responsive staff, nice wine and beer list with good reasonable prices.
Food and service was great! It was my first time to visit Pation 44 and definetly not my last!
Susan was an amazing waitress! The food was outstanding!
Great service and food. One of our favorites in Biloxi / Gulfport.
It was great!
Friendly staff and excellent service. Food was delicious with generous portions. The wine we ordered was not available so the chef came to our table to apologize, and he suggested a more expensive wine at a reduced price. Overall wonderful dining experience for our first time here.
Service was outstanding and food was great! Atmosphere was fun and prices were reasonable.
Love both the Biloxi restaurant and the Hattiesburg one. Both are great!
Service was great. Loved the appetizers. The pork chops could have had more seasoning. I've noticed u don't season ur meats. Batter and glaze is ur flavor enhancer.
Went to this restaurant after reviewing the menu and seeing that they had Veuve Cliquot by the glass. I ordered Shrimp and Grits, only to be told a little later that they were out of shrimp. They fixed crawfish and grits for me at my request, but it just wasn't the same. It was not the atmosphere I was expecting from the reviews I read. It was open and noisy and not a place for a cozy dinner for two. The food was delicious. I wish I could have had the shrimp. The server did her best but was very busy and not knowledgeable about wine or how to serve it.
What a great place! We can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu.....so many great options! I had the blackened redfish half shell and it was wonderful. We had the field pea app which was very good......the flavors were incredible. The cheese cake for dessert was a perfect ending.
Food is delicious. Service from Morgan was excellent!
