Pastaio, founded by British chef Stevie Parle in 2017, is dedicated to offering pasta that's both affordable and nourishing while being conscious of our environmental impact.

Every morning, our skilled team of pastai makes fresh pasta by hand, combining it with the finest seasonal produce from Italy and the UK.

We collaborate with talented growers and producers and ensure fair pricing for everyone involved, from growers to distributors from coffee to carrots. Our produce comes from small growers, it’s radically seasonal and nutritionally rich. Meat and fish are the best of British, sustainable and delicious. The food was outstanding. The pasta and sauces are fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and professional. They worked hard to make our experience enjoyable in every way. Both food and service were outstanding.

Love the food. Fresh, delicious, nice portions, not too pricey. Staff is very nice. When busy, service takes a while. Strongly recommend. I live for pasta, it's the only food I'm kind of fussy about and their's is always terrific.

This is a fantastic restaurant right in the heart of London, Carnaby Street. It was my daughters birthday treat, we sat outside, its not noisy but vibrant and the feeling of others enjoying their selves. On arrival you're met and shown to your table, and there's no rush, and considering the area that's a relief. Our server was amazing, very attentive and helpful. The food........ where do i start? You basically see what's coming out for other tables and it makes the choice even harder Ha The food was exceptional, we had a mix of starters to share, mains, and dessert - we shared Big thanks to the candle on my daughters cake - great surprise The cost of the whole meal was very good and well worth the money I would recommend Pastaio - book now! Big thank you to the staff and our server.

Pasta and bread was amazing but the broccoli was really over cooked. Service and ambience was amazing. Good value for money too
