Begin with a warm Italian welcome – your choice of a glass of Prosecco or Italian coffee – then explore a buffet spanning seven stations, each celebrating the rich flavours of Italy: 1. Il Forno – From the Bakery Freshly baked focaccia, sourdough, cornetti with seasonal jams, and savoury breakfast buns. 2. Formaggi e Salumi - Cheese & Meats A premium selection of Italian cheeses and cured meats including Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Burrata, Prosciutto di Parma, and more – paired with olives and homemade giardiniera. 3. L’Uovo – Egg Station Fluffy scrambled eggs, mini frittate, and perfectly poached eggs with an Italian twist. 4. Hot Dishes & Pasta Comforting mini lasagna, melanzane alla parmigiana, crisp arancini, and mini pizza trays fresh from the oven. 5. Nice food, but we went for the £20 'bottomless pizza' on a Friday - only to be told (a) ALL diners need to have it, otherwise everyone has to choose from the main menu (no good if one person out of 5 wants pasta and not pizza, for example). Then (b) we were told by the waiter that it applied to Sundays only (this despite our email confirmation stating it applied on Fridays and the front of house waitress showing us the bottomless pizza flyer and explaining about the 'all party rule'). We showed the waiter the email saying it was offered on a Friday but he in turn pointed to the menu in which it says Sunday only. All in all, miscommunication on all fronts - so only go for bottomless pizza on a Sunday and only if all of you want pizza...otherwise the offer is irrelevant and a waste of time!

The restaurant manager has attitude. We walked in, he said no table and stopped his colleague to offer us alternative standing table. What’s worse, he highly recommended us to try another restaurant next door. Dramatically, I made reservation in 5 mins on Opentable, it confirmed reservation immediately. Not sure if the manager is pushing business out or racist.

Good vibes. Food was good but the carbonara wasn’t very hot and I’ve eaten nicer versions with less claggy sauce.Our waiter wasn’t particularly attentive and we had to chase for our wine to be delivered after we’d had our starter.

Food was great but the evening was ruined by poor service. We had one good waiter who served us until the mains. The second waiter saw we had just received our starters yet proceeded to pretty much throw our pizzas on the table. There was 3 of us on a small table with no space for any more plates yet he wanted us to remove the starter plates to make room for large pizza plates. I would expect to be asked if we have finished starters and plates cleared before serving mains. That is common practice! Please ensure your staff are aware of this
