I used to go here all the time, the food was good, great menu with lots of choice, delicious produce, and a wonderful wine list. The service used to be great. This was my first time back in a few months and I was very disappointed. The food tasted like it had been microwaved and had no flavour, the wine list was down to a small list, it felt more like a tourist restaurant, not somewhere I would want to go for a meal - more somewhere you get forced to go when everywhere else is full. The service was forgetful, never bought us water, everything delivered as if it was an inconvenience. Won't be going back.

We’ve been 6/7 times and have always loved true food and service. This time however, the service was poor. The person that served us came across as rude, impatient and almost as though we were an inconvenience. The food was as good as it always is and we will come again and hope it was just a one off

It was ok, service wasn’t great and the food was average. Didn’t have what I wanted from the menu so bit disappointed bearing in mind it was a Friday evening. Overall, I’m pleased I tried it as I’ve wanted to go for a long time but won’t be going back. There are loads more better Italians.

As it was a business lunch the ambience level was just perfect, the team seated us in the quiter area where there were other meetings going on and it was the right balance. The food was great, the waiters knowledgeable and genuine in their interest in your enjoyment. Great experience all round.

The experience we had at this restaurant was disappointing. To start, I had a craving for carbonara and chose the restaurant specifically for this reason. I had checked on their website and above menu is a picture of a carbonara. Actually, while writing this I just relooked at the menu and it did list carbonara. The website and menu online and through apps must be updated to reflect the actual menu. It is also listed on the booking system. We chose this restaurant specifically for carbonara. Extremely disappointing. Similarly, images from google maps from a month ago also show a carbonara so I don’t think I was in the wrong assuming carbonara could be had The starters were lovely, we got one sharing of hummus and another of garlic bread. Both were delicious and we cannot fault them. The main brought with it another problem. One of the diners at my table asked for the INSALATA DI POLLO which was meant to have a caesar dressing. The salad came without the dressing. The person had also asked for no Egg. When it arrived it had an egg right on the top. I believe this careless and a little dangerous. If there was an egg allergy this would have been bad, luckily she was just able to take it off the plate. She then asked for a dressing, aioli was brought over fifteen minutes after it was ordered. The other mains of Tonnarello Cacio e Pepe, Mezzo Pacchero all’ Amatriciana and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese were fine. Nothing special but nice. Finally the dessert, a tiramisu and two maritozzo classic were ordered. I did not personally try the tiramisu but I believe my fellow diners enjoyed it and found it quite delicious. However, the two maritozzo classic were inedible. The buns were stale and rock hard and not soft as advertised. The buns were inedible so my fellow diners and I just ate the cream (which in all fairness was delicious) Service was not great. The servers were curt and sometimes felt like they were rushing us. As if they wanted us to leave.
