Food was great. Service on the slow side considering the restaurant was far from full. They seem to have changed their background music from a soft relaxing music to louder classic rock. I like classic rock but probably not the best choice for this restaurant

Absolutely incredible experience, Chef Ed was wonderful and constantly coming around to check on customers and took the extra amazing touch effort to make everyone’s experience magical. He made extra sides like cut up strawberries, scrambled eggs, and polenta for my little 7 month son. The manager John was so friendly and helpful and even sold us some wine to take home. The remaining staff was so helpful quick and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend this place for anyone and any occasion. The food is delicious and unreal as well.

I had a great experience overall. The food was delicious and made with noticeable quality ingredients. Service was decent—nothing over the top, but everything came out on time and the staff was courteous. What really stood out was the value. For the price, the portion sizes and quality were excellent. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a good meal without breaking the bank.

This was my first visit to Passerela and I must say, it did not disappoint! The service was very good and the food was delicious. The meals were also served with fresh cracked pepper and Parmesan grated at the table. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to try some of the other available entrees.

Pork chop and salmon were very good. The mushroom appetizer was good. The cacao e pepe was not that good needed more cheese. Sides and appetizers are priced a bit high. We would go back.

We come here on a weekly basis and have such wonderful service, wonderful wine recommendations, and the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

My friend and I met for dinner at Passerella’s Towne Lake. We wanted great food, a bit of glam, quiet and thoughtful. Oh did we find it! First, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Then, had the steak and it was cooked perfectly. The food is spectacular. A perfect place for special event dinner or just a Tuesday when you want great food.

It was my first time there and the last. The hostess offered complimentary champagne but never brought it. We asked the server about it and he said he would bring it and never did, so we had to ask again when he brought our food. The Cacio de Pepe was drowning in a cream sauce, which it shouldn’t be, and the tiramisu has so much cinnamon it was inedible. No one checked on us after bringing the food, so we had to go into the restaurant to request pepper (we sat on the patio). I ended up picking up food on the way home. The patio seating was nice, but not worth the food and service quality issues.
