   The food menu is quite limited. The male server who served us was attentive and looked after us but the food was a let down for the prices they are dishing out. Having asked for our food to come out all together it did not which was disappointing as we now had to wait so that we could all eat together.

   It was completely empty and the ambience was lacking. Considering we were the only ones there, the service was very slow. Food and drinks were good though.

   Went here for my birthday and had the best time. The drinks were phenomenal and the experience/service was excellent from start to finish. Even though it's pricey, I think it's well worth the money for a special occasion! I ordered a ton of small plates to share.

   I was wondering why there were hardly any customers inside considering there were queues around the corner at many venues nearby, and then I realised. You go to a place for the product/concept, you return for the hospitality. That being said, I will never return here. The service was shockingly bad. Laughable even. And laugh we did, all night long, it became a running joke of the evening at how terrible the experience was. So, thanks for the laughs, not so much thanks for the price we paid to get them. Please train your staff to a higher standard and maybe you’ll have returning customers

   First visited in February 2023, amazing concept, great vibe at the bar with an interesting but fun menu. One year later that has all changed - unfortunately it is no longer the same place, the place was empty on Saturday night, terrible service and a very different menu. Honestly - best to avoid…

   Heard about this place so thought give a try, a massive venue 2 floors underground, numerous bar areas, we asked for our table to moved in the more restaurant like area as opposed to champagne bar area, service was slow to order drinks and food, food came really promptly and was good, we ordered oysters but were sold out, and there is no dj from 8 Given a Saturday night, surprised no live bands, and it was very quiet in there, as it’s unknown I think needs advertise somehow, as would be amazing if busier

    We came here over a year ago and could not fault it the whole experience so bought our friends and wish we hadn’t bothered and won’t be recommending again which is a real shame! Think it may have changed management as staff looked all smartly dressed with its classy feel, service was shocking, staff were talking to each other more than with the customers. We could see them commenting when we raised an issue. Food was amazing what did turn up and I can’t fault the flavours/menu! 3 dishes didn’t even come out! 1 was still on the bill! Just a shame it all came out at different times, rice came out 10 mins after the main meal was then cold which they replaced but then we had eaten our mains as that was cold and it was the Wagu steak at £160 so didn’t want that to go to waste. The staff were not happy I sent it back and informed me that they can’t get all the food out at once, this should have been informed at point of order if this was an issue as we wouldn’t have ordered small plates and main at the same time to come out. There was 6 of us 4 drinking and having cocktails at around £80 a round, staff were great for the first drink but glasses were always empty and no one checking on us which was a shame as they missed out on a lot of money! We decided after dinner that we would prefer to go to another bar and give them our money. Our bill was £651 and was not worth it at all such a shame. No more live music either ambience was very dull and lifeless which again was a shame.
