   The food is great & it is quiet so we can have a good conversation. However, it would be nice if there were more options, especially non-meat options, on the menu.

   I ordered the prime rib sandwich. What I received was something like fatty Italian beef on a hard roll. Almost ineatable. Worst meal I've had in many years.

   The staff was so nice across the board and the food was terrific. A great place to take the whole family (including hard to please teens) and fun people watching while the ice rink is open!

   This was my first time at Park Grill and prior to the visit, I assumed there would be standard American Bar food, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and class of the food. There was something for all of us in my party, child included. The wait service was great. I will come again, and add ice skating to the mix!

   The Park Grill has been a favorite restaurant since its opening more than 10 years ago. I think the food is fine, nothing special, but fine, but the ambiance is suffering as it appears that no money has been invested in the restaurant since its opening. I get that the restaurant’s location in Millennium Park gives it a good flow of business, but it also seems that it is missing out on something as at 8PM on a Friday it was pretty quiet. The unique location doesn’t make up for the downtrodden ambiance.

    This restaurant is a solid 4.5. You can watch the ice skaters on the rink while you eat. The acoustics are excellent - even though the restaurant was full we could easily have a conversation at a normal volume level.
