Very nice experience! The good was great and the service was great too. My only complaint is how hot it was. The windows were open and no air was on and it was almost 99 degrees. Many people were fanning themselves, including me.
Hostess and food was awesome. The atmosphere was very posh. We enjoyed ourselves.
Fantastic brunch menu! Kyra, our server, was the best! Will request her for future dining at the Parc!
It was amazing the food and the waiters very attentive .
Food was outstanding, as was the service-can’t wait to return! Had the tuna tartare and charred burrata appetizers, and they were delicious. Entrees we had were the crispy skin organic salmon and lamb stuffed shells, both were amazing!!
The setting was lovely with the doors open to the fountain. However, the temperature inside the restaurant was minimally 80 degrees and very unpleasant. When asking about the a/c, we were told it was on, but it clearly wasn’t. I’ve been to many similar styled restaurants that open their doors in the summer in cities like Miami and Vegas and have never felt so uncomfortable. It made what could have been a lovely evening into an unpleasant experience overshadowing the quality of the food, drink and service which were all good.
The noise level was deafening, patrons were rude beyond comparison, and the meal was rushed (serving entrees when salad course was incomplete). Bathrooms are also insufficient for the crowd and rude patrons jumped the line. Overall it was not a good experience and I won’t be returning.
Great service and food. I’ve yet to come here and have a bad experience or meal.
Very cute restaurant but the service was extremely slow. It took more than 20 minutes just to get a glass of water. The food was decent but the lobster pappardelle lacked seasoning.
The servers were super friendly and polite despite being incredibly busy. The food was good and the chocolate cake was amazing. The noise level is a little loud but not too overwhelming.
We had a lovely evening. Taylor was our server and she was on point. Very professional and didn’t miss a thing. The only reason the ambience did not get a five is because the doors were open and while the fountain was beautiful there were many people milling in the beach part and a lot of marijuana smell was seeping into the restaurant.
The hostess that greeted us was very curt and unprofessional in my opinion. It was not a pleasant experience. Our server seemed to be new or uncomfortable, and it showed in her style of serving. She was very clearly focused on a gentleman at another table and conversed with him for longer periods of time with no issues. Our appetizer out-shined our entree. We will be back as the quality of food is incredible, service could use some improvement.
Just a wonderful venue to enjoy life! Great ambiance!
The waiter was really rude. I took my mom here for her birthday and the waiter lectured us because we moved seats because it was cold and the manager refused to close the windows.
I’ve heard so much about the brunch at Parc, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the word-of-mouth is very well deserved. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was at an ocean resort on the boardwalk. It was the perfect day for brunch and there was such a nice breeze. Even with all the windows and doors open, I did not see a single fly or gnat, which was very impressive. The food was nice and hot and well seasoned. My friend and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back soon.
The service was outstanding as was the atmosphere.
The food was less than mediocre at best. Its way over priced because of it's location, the portions are small. Not to mention they burnt my burger, it was absolutely charred and had to send it back. All 3 of our dishes were bland, no flavor and it was just not worth what we spent.
We had the best time-felt like we were on a vacation instead of 8.5 miles from home. I highly recommend-get reservations so you don't waste time waiting in cue. This place is always busy!
The food was gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
I love Parc's location and setting. It alive, very vital and energetic. I always take out of town guests there. On this past experience one guest said that they "had finally seen the true Detroit!"
My only disappointment on this visit was the service. It wasn't bad but it was very slow. I noticed our waiter had tables both inside and outside to take care of. Knowing that all restaurants are seeking employees at this time I am assuming this was the problem.
Still just about my favorite downtown restaurant. It is the very heart of the city.
Kyra, our in training server, was awesome. She was very pleasant and personable. Seems like most people go for the burger, so we tried the burger. It was delicious. Burger on point. Drinks on point. Service on point. Atmosphere/ambiance on point. Parc is on point!
Unfortunately there was hair in two separate dishes that we ordered.
The service was premium. As were the drinks and food. The restaurant is quite loud with no sound dampening decor and glass walls. Overall, this was fantastic dining experience.
Always great food and service here
It was a very nice dinner. A bit pricey.
Everything was great, my food was delicious and my service was outstanding
We had a wonderful time with family friends, the food, drinks and views!
Great food and good customer service.
Food was terrible. The menu is too ambitious with zero execution experience. Too overpriced fir what you get. This not a place I will go back to,
Trying to be a little understanding as things are starting to open back up and staffing levels and food may not be up to speed. However, was a little disappointed at our experience. I had heard many good things about this place. Food was so so for the price, coffee was cold, service was slow. The other couple and my husband and I had never been, so we were expecting more than we received. I will try again in a few months and hope for a better experience.
Absolutely fantastic service!
We were not happy with the inappropriate demeanor of the table next to us and it ruined our birthday dinner. We felt there should been something said to them but was not Other patrons there also felt uncomfortable with the way they were acting. The food and service was very good but was wasted due to the table next to us
Great experience! Parc is one of our absolute favorites and the atmosphere is incredible.
The food was great, the service was great and the vibe was everything!
Great atmosphere. Kinda loud with the music and fountain but so fun for a night out or fun brunch!
Great place for a team dinner. Great view. Excellent service.
The food and drinks were equally delicious. Our server, Randall, was really helpful and extra knowledgeable about wine! He helped us pick out things we never would have thought to order on our own. Looking forward to coming back soon!
I picked park in the past for the high-end dining experience. The service and Avions was less than what I’ve typically received in other visits to park. I’m sure, like many, they are just trying to ramp up from the shut down so I will definitely give them another chance.
