I had the lobster pasta and it was just ok. I had the tres leches cake and it was awful. It was not fresh, dry and awful. I would not order again. The ambience and service was great!
We went for Brunch for the first time here with another couple and everything was great! Lot's of windows so you can see Detroit. I recommend the Parc Benedict. But if you are Really hungry get the Proper Breakfast. Service is always top notch. We had mimosas and they cam in really funky glasses which was fun. This place is not just for dinner!!
Been here several times but it seems like groups always experience less than good service. Beverages took longer than it should take to receive. A drink was brought to the table broken, it took over an hour to receive. Waiter was pretty nice, food was mediocre, one persons steak was cold and tough. Definitely not work the amount of money spent. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.
My wife took me here for my birthday and let me just say that the ambiance of this place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves and was well taken care of due to our waiter Dewan. The food was great and the drinks were really strong lol. We’ll be going back for brunch soon!
The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing! The brunch was very good - including the unique cocktails and food. We plan to come back again and again!
This is the second time we have dined at Parc in the past month. We knew the holiday tree was going up in Campus Martius so we wanted to have lunch and watch the festivities. The food was wonderful and we had an amazing waiter. What was really nice was how serious they took the COVID 19 guidelines. At no time did we feel unsafe. The staff all wore masks, tables were spaced and patrons had to wear a mask until they arrived at their table. Little things like this make me know the restaurant cares about their patrons and the community in general. I would highly recommend if you want a good meal in a nice atmosphere.
Biggest complaint was parking but everything else was fantastic!
Great restaurant location and overall good food. I had the wild mushroom bucatini and it was tough to eat. I think bucatini may be too large a noodle for this dish. In the past I’ve enjoyed the food greatly, specially the whitefish sandwich and a mushroom Bolognese - both outstanding!
The food was amongst some of the best high end restaurants as I have been to. On top of the impeccable service.
Brother in law birthday brunch.....
1st the 2 servers (Jen & Jenny) where a tag team and they are absolutely amazing servers which was a great experience after dealing with the rude hostess who gave me a hard time even with a reservation! After debating with the hostess the server Jen came up and was so pleasant that I forgot the hostess was rude ....
food is amazing but the wait for our food was so long ... they got the steak temperature wrong on one of the orders and it took another 35 mins to get a new order. The manager came over and offered desert to fix the issue but I felt they should have taken the meal off the bill..
Everything superb!
As always, we had a great brunch at Parc. It is one of our go to places. The location is great, the food and service are always top notch. I will return and soon.
The Food was Good with a really nice view overall
Everything but the food was enjoyable (service, environment, friendliness). Unfortunately, the food was only average and we had two issues. The artichokes in my salad were frozen as a rock and the garlic French fries were old and appeared to be reheated. They replaced both without question. Good news was the coffee was excellent .
Everything was perfect
We were out for our son’s 30th birthday. This was our first time back post Covid. The service was very attentive. There was never an empty water glass nor a stray plate sitting on the table for long. Our server was polite, attentive and able to answer all questions about dinner. The wine selection was appropriate for the meal.
The preparation of the steak and fish were excellent. The side dishes that accompanied each dinner made for a complete meal. Our appetizers tasted great: tuna tartare, garlic roasted oysters and pizzetta.
The layout of the dining room did not signal COVID-19 concerns. Rather, it was laid out elegantly giving more room to the guests rather than leaving tables empty.
Thank you, Parc, for a lovely evening
Wonderful food. Wonderful service. It was a perfect spot for our anniversary dinner.
My food came out ice cold. I assume they reheated my food and brought it back out because it was only moderately warm the second time. I didnt want to send my food back a second time so i just took it home to eat. The dessert was amazing and our servers were very polite. I just feel for fairly high end restaurant i shouldn't have to worry about my food being cold and reheated instead of serving me a new dish cooked properly.
Good overall but overpriced food and drinks. Our tab came to $75 per person.
I was worried because I saw so many negative reviews. However I go the cowboy ribeye and a glass of Pinot Grigio and they were both amazing. Also the best mashed potatoes! My fiancé had the filet and he loved it as well. Worth the price.
We had a wonderful brunch my only comment would be more frosting on the cinnamon bun and butter to go with it. We had great service
Great service, food and ambience. Went for brunch for my birthday and it was perfect.
The entire wait staff was very nice & welcoming. I could see their smiles even through their mask. Very pleasant dining experience
I’m upset that I can’t remember our waiter name but the service was great, food was awesome and the ambiance was perfect. It was our 1st time there and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Nice place, somewhat on the expensive side, but I will be definitely returning!
Anniversary
Awful food. Portions way too small for $$
Great atmosphere, great food... and our waiter... well she was just awesome.
I went for sweetest I figured I’d try something new. I tried the wings as an appetizer and I got the lamb chops for my dinner and they were great. The service was amazing!!!! Our waiter was top notch! It was a little chilly inside because they left the doors open and at 5pm during October in Michigan it can be a little chilly so I really didn’t understand that but other than that I was completely happy with my visit.
It was a great experience the food and service was great
food was amazing and our server was incredible!
The service and food was great. Our special seating request was accommodated without delay. The coffee was outstanding. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Beautifully decorated. The noise level was low. We were not rushed and enjoyed a leisurely meal. Highly recommend.
On Friday night at 7PM - the outside temperature was 68 degrees. When we walked by the restaurant, the sliding doors were open - resulting in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to eat in this COVID world we live in. So - we made a reservation for dinner for six, for Saturday at 7PM. When we arrived - the sliding doors were closed. No outdoor seating for six - so the only choice was to be enclosed with a full restaurant of other diners - all sharing germs. We could have left - but it was a Birthday dinner and we had no back-up plans. When I asked the hostess if the doors could be opened like the previous night, her literal answer was "what - and have me freeze?" It was 65 degrees outside - only 3 degrees cooler than the previous night. Making it worse - our waiter - although otherwise very good, constantly had his mask below his nose - and none of them were wearing the additional clear face guard - like what are worn at most quality restaurants these days. Dinner was delicious - but if you are at all worried about getting sick - Beware.....
Food came out over cooked and server got a little rude when asked to recook order. Issue was quickly corrected by management and overall experience was good.
Great birthday dinner
We love everything about this restaurant except the excessive noise level, which is the norm now at most restaurants. We just want to be able to hear each other talk, and to hear the server. Eliminate the music. It’s really not that interesting.
Food was very good. The $89 US for the New York Steak is a very steep price. It's not Kobe Beef after all. The worst part, PARC automatically added a 18.5% gratuity for the two of us and did not say a word about it. I would have tipped more that the 18.5% but since they tried to slide that in, I didn't.
Exceptional food! A beautiful fall evening. Our waiter was really attentive and prompt with service and knowledge of the menu
Very good atmosphere and really good food!! The wait staff was very informative and pleasant...overall very good restaurant I will return!!
The food and service was PHENOMENAL!!
