Located in the heart of the award-winning Campus Martius Park, PARC features more than 100 feet of Nanaglass window walls to provide guests with clear, 270-degree views of downtown Detroit.
Our restaurant and bar is spacious yet intimate, and features a wide, welcoming center bar. Our kitchen is small but mighty, a testament to the phrase “big things come in small packages.” We’re proud of our wood-fired grill, which allows our chef team to create a range of delicious, unique dishes that excite the soul.
We request one check per table, a 20% gratuity
Fantastic experience for any special occasion. Food, ambiance, and service was on point!
we spent over thousand dollars for the dinner and most of were freezing because there was nit enough heat. we requested to turn on the heater twice but it never happened until we finish our dinner. and it took rudiculously long time to have main order.
Dining at Parc is delicious in every way: the food menu, the wine list, the ambiance. All of those qualities are enhaced by the wonderful view of the skaters enjoying themselves on the Campus Martias ice rink. Parc is more than a four-star restaurant - it is a four-star experience.
Nice place with lovely ambience. Service was excellent. Perfect place for a special occasion dinner. The dessert menu was the best!
Our meal took a long time to get prepared. Others near us ordered after us but got food before us, I think they misplaced our order or something. Part of my meal, I had surf and turf, came out late. Due to all of this we had to eat extremely fast and then run to make the 7:30 show at the Detroit Opera House. We had a 5:30 seating. We’ve eaten here a few times before and have never had an issue.
The brisket hash was amazing!
This restaurant always has a great staff, great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely be coming here again.
Loved! Steak was amazing!!
We eat there frequently and there is always an issue with the seating. This has happened several times. There are available tables in the front and we are consistently places in the back in the half booths. I complain and then we get moved but it’s always a hassle. I request a table by window and clearly there is availability. What’s up with that?
food and service was very good, but was very loud and hard for conversation for our party of 6
Overall great, some waiters seemed more attentive than mine, we waited some time for an initial greeting and then later in the night for the dessert menu and my wine to be refilled, other than that it was a very good experience would go again
Great food, service and ambience. Couldn't complain about a single thing.
Great atmosphere, but I had to wait to be seated with a reservation.
Usually we come for dinner or drinks, first time doing brunch and we loved it! Not that we expected anything less since dinner is always a great experience and always a great spot to meet friends after work for drinks
Waitress was awesome, very funny, and knowledgeable.
Went for dinner before catching Alladin at Detroit Opera House. The service was excellent, recommendations lived up to expectations and we were out with plenty of time to make the show but the meal didn’t feel hurried whatsoever.
Excellent food and very attentive server. Wonderful experience. We will be back!
Horribly unprofessional; I reserved a table for 6 people for lunch and confirmed the reservation as required; upon arriving at the restaurant we were told that our table was currently still occupied by other patrons but that it would be available to us within 10 minutes; 50 minutes later we were still waiting; the worst is that no one bothered to address the situation or apologize; we were left in a corner as if we were begging to be there; eventually we left; I will never return to this place and I strongly urge others not to patronize it.
I always get the same server, not sure of her name but she looks like Lady GaGa and I’m not kidding. She is outstanding !
Scott is a great host. Consistent great food and service
Celebrated New Years Eve. Lovely evening with friends. Great food and service.
Came here with a group of 6 for New Years Eve dinner. Had a special menu although most of the options were carried over from the original. One of the best meals I’ve ever had, and many in my group said their filet was the best they had ever tried! The service is great, and the atmosphere is fun since you are right in the heart of Campus Martius Park and close to shopping and other activities. I am definitely coming back!
Food over rated ..
Signature salad disappointing:(.. not as fresh an delicious like California pizza at partrich Creek...
Expected the food to be outstanding, price was high on the salad for lunch..
Would like to give it another chance..
Price of the salad...
Great food and great sights. Highly recommended
Dinner and server were great... hostess needs more training.
We ate at Parc for dinner about a year ago and were thoroughly enchanted. The ambiance and service and food all matched the price you were paying to eat there. We visited recently for brunch and were very disappointed. The food was moderately good, luke warm and service was just OK. The simple attention to detail was lacking like checking in on coffee refills and ensuring the spent tea bags had a plate and were removed without accumulation. I am sure the location has driven the adaptation in their business model which is great. We love it being a universal place for all especially given the location but the food quality still didn't match the prices and service detail needs to increase.
My birthday fell on a Sunday so we went for brunch. Nice ambience, I ordered the buffet and it was good. Next time I would order a menu item. My partner had the hash and it was great. Good service, ambiance and they give a complementary cake and ice cream dessert with a candle that was excellent. I would go back again! Loved the space and would like to try regular menu items.
Hostess was either rude or having a bad day. Ordered a regular cup of coffee and it took 15 minutes to come out. Food was excellent. Great location. Would probably come again.
Spectacular views of the Christmas tree at campus martius skaters and holiday lights. Food was very good but fairly expensive. Good for special occasions.
A neat Place, but very small and tight conditions everywhere with a very trendy atmosphere surrounded by floor to ceiling outdoor glass. December is a perfect time of year to take in the outdoor seasonal Christmas decorations and active Ice Skating rink. This location hit the Jackpot here for this!!
Impressive food and wine list but definitely plan on spending some BIG BUCKS! This will not be a cheap date but has the ability to be memorable if you enjoy high end dining in a very cozy setting! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. This place came highly recommended and I can see why!
Our servers were terrific and took good care of us as we celebrated our anniversary with a meal here. We had the salmon and Michigan trout and both were excellent. The oven roasted cannelloni was terrific as well but not exactly what we thought it was going to be. The view, heart of Campus Martius, during the holiday season was gorgeous! We were able to watch it go from dusk to dark and do plenty of people watching in the park.
Last night my husband and I dined at Parc with another couple. We came away very unpleased. First, to start with the good, the service was very good, the drinks were excellent, and the ahi tuna appetizer was superb.
The caesar salad was good, but interesting. It had a twang to it that landed somewhere between a red wine vinegar flavor and a Dijon mustard flavor. By the end, however, the spices in the salad became overpowering.
Now on to everything else: When we arrived, we were seated in the back corner next to a random, unmarked hump in the floor that looked like a tree-root upheaved about 5 planks of the hardwood. It was so pronounced that it affected our seating around the table, and we tripped on it at least once. My husband and I decided to split a 16 oz aged ribeye that was on special. We ordered the steak cooked to medium. Upon eating the steak, we noticed that it was at best, med-rare, with some portions of the center being straight rare. While this isn't the end of the world (I almost ordered med-rare anyway), it was also under seasoned (lacked any salt) and was over 1/3 fat and other "grizzle." At least twice we had to remove inedible pieces of the steak from our mouths. The icing on top was when the bill came and we saw that this extraordinarily poor cut of meat cost $88.
Then, as if the exceptionally poor steak wasn't enough, the final blow was the restroom situation. There are two, single use restrooms for the entire restaurant, and at no point was there a line less than 4 people deep. This reminded me more of a collage dive bar than a "best-of" steak house.
To wrap up, Parc has a good location, attentive service, good drinks, good appetizers; mediocre salad, very poor overpriced steak, and poor restroom accommodations. Needless to say, that this was a one and done visit. There are too many other nice restaurants in Detroit to settle for Parc again.
Went to Parc for the first time to enjoy the ice rink and holiday festivities before seeing TSO. We were sat right away with our reservation and had to wait a bit for our drinks to come. We were asked to moved tables in the middle of salads which was no problem at all. Better table/view for us! Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the food. However when our main entree came out,one of the dishes “eggplant pasta” was cold and had a terrible smoked flavor. There wasn’t any meat in it and we couldn’t figure out which part of the meal was smoked. Definitely wouldn’t order that again. The other meal which was the butternut pasta was fantastic! We will be coming back for happy hour but wouldn’t recommend cold food. The dessert was delicious!!! What a great view of the ice rink and downtown Detroit.
Great spot in the holiday season to take family or friends. Great food, view in a city that is once again alive.
Our waiter Mike was great. 2nd time he's waited on us and just as good as the first time.
Great food and service. The ambiance has gotten considerably louder over the years. Too many tables in a small space.
Although the ambiance was lovely and the staff was friendly, I am very disappointed in the food and do not feel it was worth what we spent. My boyfriend got sick almost immediately after eating here, and I got sick the following morning. We split a salad as an appetizer which I believe is what made us sick. The pasta I ordered for my main course was undercooked and disappointing. My boyfriend ordered medium rare elk chops that were undercooked as well. Overall, we paid a lot of money for a subpar experience that left us sick.
A lot fancier than i expected it to be
Went with a girlfriend and felt like we were on a date. Might be nice for a romantic date night. Food was okay, limited menu, expensive.
Expensive for average food, but the restaurant was nice and in a good location
