One of the very few Aspen eateries that makes you feel special. Outstanding food and service, you are spoiled from the moment you arrive. The price range is similar to many other local venues, but unlike the rest, they create an experience that is unique. Highly recommend!

Our dinner at Parc was amazing! Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully, the service was off the charts and the overall vibe was great. We will be back soon. Parc is one of Aspens best!!!

This was my favorite meal during my week in Snowmass/Aspen. We booked a reservation in the bar area, and it was awesome! I will definitely go back. The staff was super friendly. Sam was a great waiter, personable, quick, and made great recommendations for our meals. Highly recommend giving the Ajax Pinot Noir a go in a glass or get the whole bottle. Tasty and light. The brussels sprouts and bread board were great starters. I ordered the steak & frites, it was delicious. The only bummer, we didn't have room for dessert, so we will have to go back. My colleagues got the French Onion soup (said it was to die for) and the French dip. He said the French Dip was good but a little different with the pumpkin butter. I went with colleagues and would happily host clients here, go with friends, or even go by myself.
