The drinks and food were excellent.. it’s too bad their server that night was either fed up or just in a bad mood. His attitude put a bad taste in our mouth, and unfortunately will be the reason we won’t be returning.

Such a great spot!! Amazing food that feels like a good value. Incredibly tender, melt in your mouth salmon in the nigiri. Awesome pad Thai. And do not skip the burger!! Really cool vibe and music, without being too loud. It manages to pull off a chill, relaxed vibe that makes it a great spot for a cozy dinner while still having a DJ to create a cool sense of occasion.

Food was good, although not a lot of choices. Paper menus covered in plastic didn’t really lead to a good first impression. Overall, it was a good meal but not sure good enough to warrant a return visit. After we were greeted by our server and he walked away, one of my daughters said wow it sure seems like he doesn’t want to be here. Disappointed because the overall experience could’ve been much better with a little more effort from service.

We enjoyed our celebration dinner at Parachute! The good was incredible, and the beverage program was great too. The menu for both are on the smaller side, but offer something for everyone and the portions were perfect. DO NOT MISS THE BURGER! We enjoyed the jazzy chill music (there was a DJ), but as a heads up, it is quite loud for the smaller space. If someone in your party is sensitive to that, they might struggle. We are looking forward to returning!

We had the best time at Parachute HiFi. It was the third and latest iteration of the restaurant that we’d been to over the years. Been a fan of Chef Beverly Kim’s since she competed on Top Chef. Although we didn’t have a Beverly sighting the night we went, her husband Johnny Clark, chef of sister Ukrainian restaurant Anelya next door, was spinning funky tunes up front. Loved everything we had, and we tried most dishes including the oysters. Have a drink at Anelya’s small but darling courtyard next door before dinner at Parachute WiFi or vice versa. We’ll be back for Bing Bread, which is only served on Wednesday nights, and more of Jesse Lindstrom’s yummy desserts.

When you arrive 5 minutes after your scheduled reservation and are told that they were just about to call you, you sure don’t feel welcome. And while the sound system is awesome, the volume was way too loud and seemed to get louder throughout the meal. Food was great however.

Food was great, especially the burger and the bing bread. Great music too. Our only complaint was the attitude of our server- he didn’t seem to want to be there. Otherwise lovely place and experience!

Burger- glad I got it, won’t get it again. Better burgers elsewhere so no need to get it here. Very messy, the burger meat was delicious. Spam kimchi rice bowl - THE BEST - I WILL CRAVE THIS and go back for it. Pad Thai was delicious, as was the salad. Don’t skip the salad, I loved it. Cocktails were also very good. Great space, hip but inviting. Good music.
