Paper Planes is a speakeasy, hidden in the back garden space of Tzarevna Restaurant.
Paper Planes’ menu boasts 17+ original craft cocktails, made almost exclusively with house-made infusions and mixers, and a list of beloved classics done our way. We serve food and snacks to pair well with cocktails, as well.
The bar is a cozy, airy space under the glass roof.

The craft cocktail bar is a love letter to Ricky Dolinsky’s past as a mixologist. House-favorite cocktails so far are:

2. Oaxacan Rose;
3. The House of the Rising Sun;
4. The Room Where It Happened;

A real hidden Gem!! Didn’t have food but the cocktails are 5 star and the bartender is simply amazing. He made it feel like a personal service. Thank you!!

Ordered three rounds. The second and third round took an extremely long time to arrive. They needed a second bartender working and not just one
