   We arrived an hour early, staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful restaurant, great food, excellent service!

   We had high hopes coming in, but unfortunately the food fell flat. The steak looked burnt on the outside, yet was somehow medium rare inside but the taste was off and unappetizing. The mashed potatoes were even worse, with a sour taste that reminded me of expired milk. We did raise our concerns, and to be fair, the waiter was kind and understanding, he removed the steak and sides from the bill, which we appreciated. Sadly, the lobster and pizza were also underwhelming especially for an Italian restaurant that should really excel in these areas. It’s a real shame, because Paper Moon Milan is fantastic.

   Great as always, superb food, gnocchi never disappoints but shared between 3 this time, chocolate mousse to end was divine…

   Lovely meal at Paper Moon. Such friendly, helpful staff with explanations and recommendations if needed. Fabulous premises.

   Flawless from start to end.....no request was too much and the service was exceptional. The food and drink was incredibly tasty with a good selection for all dietary requirements. The decor is stunning and a perfect venue for a special occasion.

   Food was excellent and with very good ingredients noted; service was attentive and the ambiance warm yet luxurious at the same time.

    We had the set menu for lunch. Food was gorgeous, the staff are very friendly and professional. It’s a beautiful place. Overall I would highly recommend the Papermoon.
