   Upon arrival we were told the restaurant did not have our reservation and that they do not use open table. They did, however, accommodate us. We had to ask our server 3 times to get water, and were not offered plates (despite having a sharing platter) until we requested them. It was quite busy, but still would have expected this as standard. Food was reasonably good for the price.

   Really yummy and could accommodate a coeliac so win win. We had a long table for a friend's with kids catch up and it was perfect.

   A blooming marvellous "treasure of a place" to eat with its perfect cosy setting and a simplistic menu with dishes to suit all tastes Authentic, delicious and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we would highly recommend PANZO to one and all! Thankyou

   Odd experience. Food ok. Ambiance outside in the garden was lovely. But it was a series of odd experiences... 1) they couldn't find my booking 2) they denied any knowledge of the "Happy hour" advertised on the website 3) they had run out of wine and items on the menu before 8pm 4) they closed at 8:45???? All in all a very strange experience which I still now don't quite understand. Won't be going back.

   Bright, clean and welcoming. Good menu with varied choice. My opinion too much to choose from on a restaurant menu indicates food not as fresh as a diner would like. Panzo concentrated on getting it right. Food was presented well and served with a smile.

   I booked Panzo for a group meal before a cabaret show at Hester's Hideout around the corner, and was overall disappointed. I do think most of the problems were probably down to short-staffedness. There only seemed to be two wait staff on on a Saturday night. Issues: - They'd run out of burrata by 7pm. - We all ordered the arancini. My friends the meat version, me the vegetarian mushroom version. They brought only meat versions - I didn't complain as I'm not vegetarian and the staff seemed rush off their feet, but if I had been a 100% veggie that would have been a massive problem as I didn't realise it was wrong until I'd started eating it. - Half the starters arrived, and then we had to wait ten minutes for the other two, even though we all ordered the same thing. - My pizza ('panzo') was cold, though toppings were good quality and tasty. - We were waiting forever for rounds of drinks. Other than service problems, the food just wasn't really all that. Maybe it was an off night but I probably wouldn't go back.

    It is not difficult to find good pizza in London these days, but it also not easy to find a place with ambience and a level of authenticity that goes beyond the familiar offerings at Franco Manco and even the Neapolitan chain Rosso Pomodoro. While the restaurant insists that Panzo is not pizza, it certainly tastes like many a pizza I had in Italy, but for discerning pizza fans, it is true that the crust is distinctive from that which is traditional Neapolitan pizza. I loved the charming atmosphere of vintage Italian posters and the restaurant's elegant informality was a perfect invitation for my personal group of friends to get to know one another. Aside from my friend's wonderful company, however, the real highlight of the evening was an unexpected surprise on the dessert menu: Vin Santo - a traditional Tuscan dessert wine that I have not been able to find since I lived in Florence!
