   Went to Pane Vino for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé. We made reservations 4 days in advance for 7:15pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 and told our reservation may take up to 10mins to be filled. However we ended up waiting 45mins before being seated outside. Luckily the weather was fair so we did not mind. Next we had to wait over 30mins for our appetizer and another 30-45 mins for our main course. I ordered the pizza which was amazing however my fiancé ordered the lasagna and it came out cold. So we had to send it back and waited another 20mins for the new meal. Best thing was a waiter and the fact that our bill was comped for the most part.

   Food was ok - Marsala nothing special but risotto was good- but service rushed BC seemed short on wait staff - and didn’t help that had a reservation but waited almost an hr to be seated

   I've been meaning to go try for years. Omg I wish I had. I'm an Italian NYer who grew up w amazing Italian food and pizza and yes I'm a snob. I am itching to go back after one day. Am always surprised when I see chicken parmigiana so was overly surprised at how great it was. Chicken not dry or rubber. It was like buttah. I had the chicken piccata which chances are, is never as you good as you want it. It was delicious. Beyond. So light. But so flavorful as it should be. Again the chicken was perfect. Everything obviously made to order. Veal parm easily as good. The cannoli filling was good. Maybe a little too much powdered sugar but I finished it. Just enough chocolate chips. Would definitely get it again. I didn't take any anise in the shell but that's always random. Didn't try the pizza. Next time. The oven was going. The interior is small so maybe make reservations. It's quaint and dark and perfect inside. Excellent wine selection. Anywhere from $8 glass to $200 bottle. Will be going soon!!

   This time we reserved for Family party of nine, typically 9-12 for various occasions and birthdays. We have enjoyed this restaurant several times. It is cozy, usually crowded, and somewhat noisy. We reserved for early 5:30, midweek, and it was about half full, quieter, and as usual, very good service. There was not an automatic gratuity added to the bill. We had several entrees and 3 pizzas. They have a small menu, but well prepared, moderately priced. Collectively we have tried most of their selections, and now each of us tends to stick with our favorite items.
