Would like for the meat arrive to come around more often.
Was recommended pampas and will definitely be going back in the near future
Server was amazing and the food was delicious!
Good for any occasion ❤️
I attended Pampa for my 5th anniversary with my lovely fiance . First time and it was quite a experience
Lots of pros
Cons were server didn't address the price difference from the 6 cut summer 34.99 and got an instant mark up to the regular 11 meats for 52.99 without even knowing or even having a choice
The food came steady but also noticed that they served the 6 meats more then the 11 meats as promised in the 52.99 mark up
Very salty be aware
Money was not the issue it's was the principle
150$ by the end of the night for a good night out with the women but extra 30$ could have been spent on a nice bottle of wine t go with the meal
Over looked , Over salted, Over done and Over priced. The two of us were seated in the corner away from the large party tables. Took 40 minutes before we got our first taste of beef! That was after reminding our waitress twice and speaking to the manager. Then we finally got some service. Some of the meat was rare, some was well done and some was over salted. Not consistent in its prep. The salad bar was just ok. The meat servers need to be better trained. We were treated like we were in the cheap seats but paid full price. The high light of the. Night was our nice Italian red wine. Hopefully they will learn from this.
Food was amazing as usual, however service was slow from start to finish. Although this restaurant is usually one of our favourites, we were disappointed in the fact that we felt bypassed by the gentlemen with the meat that were circulating. We would watch them go to every one of the tables around us, the table right beside us, and then walk right past us, even with our tokens turned to green.
The Staff and The manager, Raquel was so friendly and shw always comes to our table and making sure that we are okay and served well.
Salad bar was a little old , meat very salty not sure if it was worth the amount of money we spent for quality of food service was absolutely amazing restaurant was calm and inviting
Had a great Birthday at Pampa! This was my first time going. I liked the large selection of salad bar and all the softest meats in some of the salads! The best meat I would say is the ham then sausage then chicken. Was a little disappointed in the beef it was fatty and not as flavourful as I expected. The pork belly was way to crispy. Service was ok for most of the time. I would come back but not for brunch as not much selection for bfast items. Can’t wait to try the lunch special in the near future!
Great service. Fresh salad bar. Meat was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Amazing selection from salad bar.
If you've been to Pampa, you know how excellent the food and service is. If you've not been yet, and you like meat, definitely do yourself a favor and go. As always the experience was solid.
Brunch was amazing, our server did a great job explaining the specials and giving us everything we needed; And the happy birthday plate dessert was a great touch.
It was our first time at Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse and our serve Michelle Cox was amazing!!!! She made our night one to remember!!! Even our kids thought it was fantastic!!! A+ Service all around!
The steaks were a little salty but the rest was really good.
Best service ever! General manager was FANTASTIC! All the staff were great!
I love this restaurant. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s always been a lot of fun. And this time was no different.
Food is excellent. The waiting staff are fun and very good at ensuring your wants are looked after.
The only drawback is the open concept dining area. When it is very busy it can get noisy. Once a few of the tables started cleaning out it became an even more enjoyable environment.
The food was not great at all
This is my second time there
Very disappointed both times
Will not go back
Better value to do the lunch and not eat breakfast. My only "complaint" is that some of the server's cutting the meat where very shy and quiet making things hard to understand. Everything else was good
Our server was AMAZING!!! She was training a younger girl that night and I witnessed her patience and great leadership skills in action all while she served with grace our table of 14. As a manager I understand the importance of having great staff and this server is one of your best!
I found the salad bar not quite as good as the one downtown. Our server was excellent.
We found the salad bar unimpressive. There were lots of selections but nothing noteworthy. The meat offerings were inconsistent, meaning 3 of the meats weren’t offered to us. We had to ask about them near the end of our meal and by that time we were too full to fully appreciate them and were sorry they didn’t come around sooner. We did enjoy the flavor of each meat selection aside from one of the lamb pieces it was extremely strong. The staff was great. The pineapple was delightful and should be a staple on the menu! Thank you
That was our first time to Pampas. The food was delicious and our server was great. The restaurant had the blinds closed, making it a bit dark but it might have been hard to adjust that with the setting evening sun. We will come again.
Outstanding as usual. However I brought out a bunch of people hoping to take part in the 34.99 special. We were aware it was less food but that did not matter. Waiter last year asked us and we specifically told him we wanted the 34.99 special. This year the waiter did not mention and since it was advertised right at the door we had all figured it was 34.99. Bill arrives and we were all charged 52.99. Now we should have clarified but waiter never asked and advertised inside the restaurant showed 34.99. Next time we will ask.
The service was excellent and the food was outstanding, we would choose to come again.
Our waiter spilled my beer all over the table while pouring it, had to move tables. Salad bar had plenty of holes where food should have been. Overpriced and not worth the dollars we spent.
We typically dine at Pampa every few months (at least 17 times so far) and always go to the dependable downtown location, this was our first and last time we will attend the Ellerslie location. The men serving the meat were less than qualified and cut off thick chopped up portions and were splattering meat juice all over our table and tongs. The seasoning was far less that adequate (like no seasoning at all) compared to the quality of the downtown location. We complained within 15 minutes of starting our meal and by 30 minutes in we were prepared to pack up and leave to go to downtown. We complained again to our server who said she reported it to the manager. Finally at the 45 minute mark she said she requested the manager to come to our table to listen to our concerns. Once Austin the manager finally bothered to come to our table it was an hour and 15 minutes into our dinner service. He attempted multiple times to season the meat properly and really attempted to cut it properly. To our disappointment he could not get up to the quality of seasoning and his cuts were just as choppy as the other servers. It was not only our anniversary, but we also had our brother from Ontario and also our 10 year old daughter who we dont typically bring due to the cost and her small appetite, she absolutely loves Pampa and even she notices the poor quality. We were provided with 2 complimentary deserts that my daughter couldn't even eat as she is dairy free (which the server knew in the 1st 5 min of us sitting at our table) and a measly 15% discount. We really regret not pulling the plug at the 15 minute mark and heading to our regular downtown location. This was our first and last time coming here to this location.
Tables much too close together. Salad bar was good but not great. Meat was very salty, rib eye steak came blue rare, practically inedible. We just did not enjoy the experience. Likely never go back.
We truly enjoyed our experience at your Ellerslie location.
Our server was very informative, kind, and reliable.
we enjoyed the meat servers, most had a wonderful disposition.
Amazing dinning experience. We went for my fiancées birthday and brought along my 12 year old son. We all loved it equally. Service was above par and we will be returning.
Great service, great food, good for a special occasion
If you go for the summer special, tell your servers right away to make sure the food comes regularly. For the first 30-40 minutes, only three meat servers came to our table. Very slow. Usually the place is full of meat cutter but this time was brutal.
The food is quite tasty. Most of the meats are great, but some were a bit disappointing. The salad bar is decent, but would not be worth it without getting the meat as well. The price is extremely high and tables are so close together. I probably won't go back but if you enjoy eating a lot of meat then it would be worth it. The broccoli soup was so bad I didn't even eat it.
Best restaurant ever... The food was absolutely amazing, we loved it
Good was excellent, and the atmosphere was excellent.
Manager was fantastic we left with a smile and full bellies
The service was great and the food was delicious. Had a great time here as it was an anniversary. They even made a desert for the occasion
Our server was great and very attentive.
Food was delicious and not too busy for Sunday Brunch
Great food, excellent service, but. It is too expensive. A restaurant to visit once a te.
We enjoyed a great dinner. We never had to wait more than a few moments for on of the carvers to stop by our table. We dined on a week night they were steady but not packed, this likely contributed to the speed that we received the various meats. The food was fabulous and the grilled pineapple was amazing! The salad bar had a great selection of add-ins to accompany the meat items, although for the diner that isn't a big meat eater, there were a couple of entree items such as beef stroganoff. We selected the Pampa experience which was a great value with the wine pairings, desert and digestif . I would certainly recommend Pampa for your special dinner
Bobby was fantastic! He walked us through the entire process (it was our first time), was very patient and checked in on us just the right number of times. We never had to ask for refills and he even anticipated when we would prefer water over pop. Bobby made our first experience one to remember! We even received a little something special on the house....what a nice touch.
We will be back, to enjoy the food and great service. PS.... the chocolate mousse was light and so very good. A great way to end a feast of 11 different cuts of meat and fresh veggies.
