   Pampa has changed since the last time I visited. I previously dined in at their downtown location. The downtown location felt a bit more upscale, the salad bar seemed much larger and the choice and selection of meats brought around were plenty. This location has the feel of a hospital buffet, the selection of meat brought around was not as vast as my previous visit, and this visit did not resonate with the feeling I had leaving the downtown location previously. The servers were great, but $300+ for dinner and a decent mid range bottle of wine. I will not be back. I can have quite a nice dinner for that other establishments in and around the city and leave feeling like I had a dining experience.

   Going mid week is fantastic. We learned a lot about the food prep this time which was fun.

   Fantastic place. Always a good time. Best for like a birthday or date or celebration. I always leave satisfied, but come hungry.

   Honestly biggest waste of money. With the amount I spent, our whole table can have wagyu steak each. The meat they serve is dry and salty. The pork has such a stinky pork taste. Salad looks old. My wife have a stomach ache pretty much at the end of the meal. The brunch item they offered were not fresh. Overall BAD value. Makes me look bad because I was hosting guest, thinking they might have a good time. The meat cutter dont even speak English and barely tell me what meat I am getting. The server and the host was good and polite.

   I took 10 clients for dinner at Pampa in Edmonton, staff was extremely friendly and Carlos the man managing the grill did an amazing job. My clients were very impressed with the full Brazilian steak experience and enjoyed trying different cuts of meat. For some of them this was a first time going to this kind of restaurant and they were very satisfied. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a great time and eat well.

   Great food - both the meats and the buffet were remarkably good. Signature cut is delicious as is the grilled pineapple. Ambiance is terrible - they could have done so much with this place to make it feel much more like the prices they are charging. Instead its just one big open room that feels like you are in a McDonalds. Prices are steep and while I understand meat is expensive, a nice steakhouse would have been much better value and likely better quality and definitely better ambiance.

   Was good but some meat had not much flavour at all but the pineapple was amazing !

    It is a great place I would visit them again and again. Very clean. Family orientated. Very friendly and professional staff. The food was fantastic. I will recommend Pampas to my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
