Celebrated my Birthday and overall was a fun experience, wish the table setting was better i felt so far away from everyone, and I only had one waiter for my party of 30.

I went for my birthday on Saturday, June 7 with a party of eight and we all had a blast. The surface was amazing. The food was amazing. Everything was so pretty and everything was super energetic. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner and shout out to our server!

Always a great time at PTC, food, service and ambience!! richard our waiter was very good , the DJ is always on point and the stylish vibe is what makes this one of feh hottest spots in orlando !

We had high hopes for The Palm Tree Club, especially with such a great-looking menu, but unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. We made a reservation for six to celebrate a birthday and arrived on time, though in groups of two. When the first two in our party checked in, they were taken to a booth that still had food in the seat. Instead of cleaning it, the host handed us a towel and expected us to clean it ourselves. When the next set of guests arrived, they were just pointed toward the table instead of being walked over, which felt unwelcoming. Once seated, we noticed water dripping on us from the AC vents overhead. We let the host know, and were told all four booths were under sweaty vents, so we could pick the one with the “least” dripping. Not exactly ideal for a dinner setting. By 8:30 PM, a DJ began playing loud club music, which made it nearly impossible to have a conversation—even though we expected that kind of vibe later in the evening, not during dinner hours. While the food was actually very good and came out correctly prepared, it was served completely out of sync. One person received their dish nearly 20 minutes before the last person, which meant some were eating while others waited awkwardly. Our server was polite, but only handled the basics—nothing that helped improve an already frustrating evening. As a local, I was really hoping this would become a go-to spot, but sadly, this visit was a letdown from start to finish. Definitely not what I’d expect for a special occasion or even a casual night out. Super disappointed.

The ambiance was beautiful, and the energy was just right thanks to an amazing DJ. The food arrived quickly—especially the firecracker sushi, which was absolutely delicious. We were seated near the DJ and asked for chopsticks, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server was nowhere to be found during key moments of the meal. The truffle pizza also had a burnt bottom, and again, no one checked in with us. My biggest concern was the lack of attentiveness; we had to flag down our waiter just to get the check. With a little more attention to service, this experience could’ve been great from start to finish.

this place was awesome!! i loved the vibe and will definitely come here again!! the food can be a bit pricey for some, but it’s so worth it. it felt luxurious and modern at the same time. i will be back soon!!! :)

The truffle pizza was the start of the show. I have dreams about that pizza. The snapper was sooo good. We order the short ribs also but it snapper was so big it filled us up before the short ribs came. The tuna hamachi was good. Very flavorful.
