Our highly experienced team is led by co-owners Esther Imotan and Chef Zachary "Buzz" Willey. The service, wine, cocktails and food are all equally attended to ensuring a top-notch experience each time you visit.
Food was very good but very tiny portions. Not just small but Tiny. Especially for the price. Over Priced for what you get.
Atmosphere was fun and inviting. Service was slow, not enough help for need.
Great food and craft cocktails
The service was amazing and the ambiance was great but the food was very underwhelming. This was my second time here and the first time was much better, so I might be willing to try again some day.
Sophisticated and modern, farm to table. Excellent cocktails. Jessica was a fantastic server.
One thing I can always expect from the Pallet is consistency. This place is amazing. The food, the team, the atmosphere and the overall experience. I have been coming here for a few years now and I always look forward to the next time!
One of the city's best and perhaps most overlooked eateries, with excellent service, an innovative menu and notable mixology happening at the bar. Comfortable and casual ambience and a relatively small but creative dinner menu.
Amazing atmosphere and food was superb!!!
Incredibly special place with superb service and fare. We loved our dinner and now know this will be our go to place for special occasions. From start to finish we savored every moment.
I went to Pallet several times the first few years it was open and was very disappointed in the food. I decided to give it another chance after hearing a few of my friends rave about it.
We gave our general preferences to the waiter and then asked him to make the decision on several small plates to share and a wine/cocktail pairing.
The service, food and wine were magnificent. So glad that these elements are now up to par with the fabulous decor and ambiance. Fantastic experience all around.
You must eat here... as a New Yawkah, Pallet is as good or better then Bistros in NYC. If I’m ever back in SLC will def get back.
Pallet was amazing as always!! We came with a group of 10 and were so glad they could accommodate - we made reservations in advance. Dan was a wonderful server and took great care of us. Everyone loved the fresh and creative dishes. I know we'll be back again!
I love Pallet's creative, beautiful, healthy food. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Took my girlfriend on a date. It was our first time at this restaurant. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Loved the food, especially the bread and appetizers. The service was excellent. Our server, Madalyn, was attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere was really cool, loved the decor and lighting. We will be back. Thank you.
The food was phenomenal! Even a bowl full of mushrooms tasted like the best thing on earth! The whole atmosphere of the place was great. It was a rustic yet modern look and we enjoyed the photos on the wall that highlight the city's history.
We arrived very early but they happily accommodated us. The cocktails were amazing as was the food. LOVED the pots de creme.
Wonderful ambience, waiters, and menu options. Food was cooked well and presentation was lovely, the food was just so salty that it took away from the flavor, and we couldn’t finish our meal.
Food and drinks were great. Our server, Dan, was fantastic. Very attentive and descriptive of the meals and offerings. We will return to this restaurant when in SLC. Unique food choices and cocktails... a great experience!
Everything was wonderful at Pallet. Interesting space, great décor. Super friendly service, great , creative cocktails, and food was perfect. Our new fave SLC resto for sure.
Great date night! The whole crew there is accomadating and superb!!
Food was a little dry and tasteless. Not as good as before.
Once again excellent food and service. We were running late and called restaurant directly and they assured us we would still have our table. Arrived and ushered to a cute table out on deck with pretty flowers around. Very nice evening!
Fantastic food and mood! I would definitely go again!
This is my second attempt at this restaurant. I like the proximity to Vivent before a event. The food is pretty good but you pay for it. We ordered share plates for the table and there was no cadence to how the dishes were served. Our salad came first, then the main plates, then our appetizer cheese board ($29) at the end. They begrudgingly made a concession to withhold anchovies from the pasta dish for my daughter (one of the only kid friendly items on the menu) to accommodate her seafood allergy. It was a very small plate of noodles with parmesan for $18. I felt like I had to apologize for making them go out of their way to serve us a $250 meal before heading off to a concert. This was not the dinner experience I was looking -- Not fun and not welcoming. I will not return.
Food was mediocre and prices were high. Description of food in menu didn’t match the food served.
This place is AWESOME. Went for my birthday on Saturday. Jessica was our server and she was the best. Great recommendations and very vigilant, took really good care of us and good sense of humor as well. Will definitely be back.
Well presented appetizer, entrees, and dessert. Pork chop was cooked perfectly and the accompaniments on the plate were hot and complimented the chop. The burrata was consumed in it's entirety it was that good. Next time we are going to explore the cheeses and charcuterie. We will be back.
Always great food! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely spirits - Great experience
Great food and service. Both my wife and I were very impressed.
Very poor quality food. Overwhelmingly salty and pork chop was tough and hard to cut. Pasta was also very, very salty.
Service was okay. A funny thing is I sat by the front door and the hostess literally told every woman who came in that she liked their outfit. Totally fake.
Spectacular! Server Dan was brilliant. Can't wait to return...
Plan on spending a lot of money if you want to leave with a full and satisfied belly. Aside from that, it was a very lovely place for a romantic dinner.
Excellent food and wonderful space.
We didn’t care for the new menu.
Food was great as always and we had a wonderful dinner as expected. They need to work on the beer selection a little.
Tasty, but not tasty enough to warrant such small portions.
Great food and wine
Maybe it was the real housewives of Salt Lake City making a lot of annoying chatter, but for what we paid... I’ve had far better dining experiences in SLC for half the price.
The cocktails were amazing. The wine was good, the food was delicious but over priced.
Loved it here. The salad and steak and scallops were excellent as well as the desert. Loved it.
Food was good but certainly not worth the price. Service was extremely slow.
