   This was our first dinner experience at Palato. Limited menu, but enough variety for everyone. Jeremy’s service was outstanding and his candor and advice were appreciated. Food was healthy and tasty. I was trying to eat keto so had to limit myself. The bartender, Ace, made a nice cocktail for my wife. Dessert was good, but not outstanding. By the way, the hostess (wish I knew her name) is such a nice person. We will go again.

   This was our second visit.This time we chose pizza. The food and service were both good once again!

   What an experience!!! Outstanding Service and food! Was completely surprised! A hidden gem! The food was excellent! Our waiter top notch! Will come back sooner than later!!!

   Your team at Palato is special! Cara, EJ and Claire are a great way to start the day. Please thank them for me. Okay, this was so good, I came back the next day. Unbelievable! The service was just as good as the day before, only this time I had Yonnie as a server. Then Claire came back around and said hello. Really nice place. This is a don’t miss experience. — TER

   Waa very disappointed. Made reservations a couple months in advance, but still had to wait for a table to get ready, wasn’t busy at all. Seemed to be short staffed and hostess doing many jobs. Even saw the bar tenders waiting tables. Maybe all the staff was assigned to the Easter brunch room. Was disappointing that the brunch menu (which I didn’t know about) was VERY limited. I assumed there would be a regular (or at least more options) to choose. Was hoping for more Italian choices from an Italian restaurant. Only 2 pasta options. The one I chose was delicious though. Burgers looked good too. I’d like to go back for dinner sometime to give this place another chance. The menu I viewed online looked good. Overall, the limited menu was the biggest disappointment.

   The place is really clean and tidy . The ambiance and views are top tier .The food was great however our dessert was burnt

    Beautiful setting with restaurant and bar seating inside or on the patio overlooking Hall Park. We had ricotta bruschetta, Caesar salad, rigatoni bolognese, spaghetti with meatballs, and shrimp with pasta in a light sauce. The shrimp were plentiful, pasta portions were plentiful and all the pasta was made in-house. Service was good, the wine list (Hall wine!) was bountiful and the Lemon & Pine spritz was creative and delicious. Great addition to the Frisco/Plano dining scene…we will be back!
