   The last time we went to Paisan's, it was awesome, we were lucky to get a table. This time they have been sold and are in a transition from Italian to Himalayan cuisine. So we get the "old" Italian menu with several items scratched off the list, and the promise they could still make the dishes. The place was deserted but for one other couple. It was like they were attempting to use whatever Italian food they happened to have left in their storeroom while they were changing over. May be fine as a new venue, who knows. Don't go expecting fine Italian.

   Was talked into going here. Never knew it was in Cary. Overall, very average. We asked the waiter about the Veal Sinatra his response was "it is made with veal". That was helpful. There is better Italian in Cary.

   We ordered a vegetarian version of the spinach ravioli and to be honest the ravioli was under cooked. My son had a Mac n cheese and that was ok. I will say though the service was good and the waitress took good care of us.

   Went for Valentines. Nice venue in that it is not so loud and the atmosphere is quite nice. Not a huge place, but the spacing between the tables is nice. Food was good, standard Italian fare at a reasonable price. Wednesday has half price bottles of wine which was a big plus! Appetizers (calamari and stuffed mushrooms) were very good, their fresh bread was very good. Soup and salads nice. Food was good, but nothing really special. Had the veggie lasagna and my wife had the veal and shrimp over pasta. Both very good, but I like with a bit more garlic, basil and other spices.

   Well prepared Italian food in a casual atmosphere. Service was very good. Would not recommend anything but basic cocktails. Wine list had some good selections at very reasonable prices, especially on Wednesdays when bottles are half price.

   Very disappointed. This was a birthday celebration that I made a special reservation and restaurant NEVER mentioned it! I ordered a salad w/chicken and requested it to come out with my husbands entree. My order came out AFTER my husband finished eating. Then I ended up getting sick from the grilled chicken. My advise this restaurant does NOT offer any service or good food, but charges a lot! Over $50 for a salad, veal parmesean, grilled chicken salad, and 1 glass house wine. Very disappointed.

   Seems like they have new owners and staff. Service was slow. Our waitress didn't bring us bread or ask for Parmesan cheese on our entrees. Food is good, but doesn't compensate for the lackluster service.

    Unfortunately service was extremely slow, my date's food came out 10 minutes before mine and the center of mine (lasagna) was not warm. They offered us a free dessert which was a nice gesture but would have preferred a timely meal.
