Aloha and welcome to PAI Honolulu—where every dish has a story, and every guest becomes part of ours.

PAI is our chef-owned restaurant, born from Kevin’s love for cooking and our dream of sharing this passion with others. Since 2017, PAI has been more than a restaurant to us—it’s an experience we’re grateful to share with each guest. Kevin crafts each dish with locally inspired flavors, blending artistry and warmth into every plate. By sourcing local ingredients and preparing each element in-house, he creates dishes that are as genuine as it is beautiful.

PAI offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere where we hope you’ll enjoy the moment, connect with loved ones over good food, and feel welcomed as part of our ‘ohana.

Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and GF options available. We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences with 48 hours’ notice.

    All dishes on menu are creatively and perfectly prepared. Nothing dry or mediocre. We ordered the five course and three course menus and each dish was a surprising delight. Cocktails were original and also delightful. Very attentive service. We dine here as often as possible.

    Definitely recommend. Excellent food, great service. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night and wish the location didn’t feel so corporate in an office tower. Also the person (Hayley?) who called me before to reconfirm kept going on about picking the a la carte or prix fixe menu but it didn’t even matter in the end… those are minor points as food and staff were excellent!!

    My wife and I loved the tasting menu and the wine pairing. By far the best meal we have ever had in our lives! Recommend this place to everyone!

    One of my favourite fine dining establishments in Honolulu - Chef Kevin uses local ingredients to create innovative dishes and just absolutely delicious. The prix fixe menu is also good value for the quality of ingredients and dishes that you get. Absolutely loved it and will visit again next we're in HNL.

    Service was excellent, ambiance was quant and classy, cocktails with exceptional and the oyster with caviar was amazing. I want to also say the short ribs and curry pappardelle were very flavorful. With all the wonderful things I just said why not 5 stars? The papparrdelle was hand made, but it lacked consistency and it was a bit too al dente for me. The main reason for taking a star away was that our entrees were served lukewarm, which we found to be a major misstep for this price point and caliber.
