"Pacha Nikkei will introduce the unique flavors, philosophy and techniques of Nikkei cuisine to Houston. In doing so, it pays tribute to a successful integration of cultures that goes back 124 years in Peru, and that has significantly contributed to the gastronomic wealth of the country. Pacha in the Quechua language of Peru means “world” and Nikkei is a Japanese word, widely used in Peru to refer to Japanese-Peruvian people. The encounter between these rich cultures has given rise to a delicious culinary expression that we would like to share with the world."

    The food was truly excellent! Unfortunately, the lemongrass cocktail was so watered down that it was almost tasteless - didn't drink it. And then there is the service issue. It was so poor, slow, disconnected that it ended up ruining what should otherwise have been a great evening. The kitchen also seemed not to be ready to start serving the menu, we had to wait close to 30 min. Good thing they passed a couple extra The exception was the bar tender, he really took care of everything - including taken empty plates off the tables Pacha Nikkei must get serious about this and up their game on service, this is not the first time that service is bad. And yet again, every time we've been there, the bartender goes out of his way to save the day!

    Fantastic! The food was superb, the ambiance and experience overall was amazing. We’ve been to Pacha Nikkei before and have always enjoyed every visit Ceviche & Lotus experience was truly unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully executed—an absolute standout. Thank you, Chef Masaru Fukuda and Chef Lena Le, for an extraordinary evening!

    Great location! Innovative menu leveraging fresh ingredients including a wide range of unique cocktails. Great customer service who I could see takes pride in their menu.

    The food is fantastic! Our waiter was a little slow to check in on keeping us bevvied up, but that was minor. Overall it was amazing!!

    GREAT food. I was a little disappointed it took us so long to get served (they told us we had a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes and then 15 of those minutes were spent waiting.) but really amazing food and once we were waited on, great service. Wish it was in a better location but worth the drive! Definitely will be back. Additionally, very well priced for the quality of food.

    We came for lunch with our toddler and infant (risky, I know) but we had such an incredible meal. Our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations. The food came out quickly and was outstanding. The flavors and textures will have me thinking of this meal for a long time.

    Cleverly concocted dishes - lovely combination of tastes and flavors - and beautiful to look at as well. We took guests two nights in a row and everyone thought the food was delicious!
