   Food is second to none. Had the tasting menu with pairings last year and decided to go a little less hard this visit. Four tacos later and I’m still rolling out! As a carnivore I was surprised by how much I was tempted by the vegetarian options. And temptation only led to pleasure. Mushroom tacos rocked! Not that I didn’t also devour with relish the pollo and carnitas, but I will definitely be getting more veggie options next visit.

   This is one of my favorite restaurants in DC! If you’re looking for authentic Latin cuisine that is creative and bold, this is the place for you!

   Most of tapas came warm and none came hot. The food had really god flavor and came really fast.

   Great vibes! Amazing tortilla chips, drinks and desserts. Great ambience. Definitely will be going back!

   Love the unique flavors of the dishes. The guacamole is mouthwateringly good!! I only wish they didn’t charge for salsa refills, but willing to pay the $3 for it.

   Aw Come on. Other than the guacamole and chips and the bowl of shrimp this was a disappointing meal. The solo taco was beyond small plate. Barely 3 bites and by the time it came the tortilla fell apart. Our server was poorly trained and multiple servers passed by our table and left dirty plates. We had to ask multiple times for just about everything. Our first dish came even before our drinks. The 5 workers holding court at the host stand seemed strange. We requested a quiet table at 5 pm in an empty room and the hosts kept seating guests right next to us even though there were so many open tables elsewhere. Spent $100 and left still hungry after ordering 5 dishes. The Jose Andres group needs to focus on the customer experience and the details of running a restaurant.

   Really delicious food, where even the small plates are pretty big. The margaritas were top as well
