   We had a wonderful evening at Verdigris Restaurant at Oxford Oaks Distillery. Our server, Rasha, was wonderful. The food was well seasoned, only slight quibble was the Pork Chop was a touch too salty. The variety of deviled eggs were all delicious, the tuna tower app was well seasoned, and the honey glazed Brussels sprouts were amazing. Our table also ordered the grilled scallops and the crab cakes. If you haven’t had a chance to dine here, it’s worth the drive from Raleigh, Durham, Henderson, and Lake Gaston area.

   We've visited Oxford Dis. countless times, and each experience continues to impress. The staff is consistently warm and attentive, and the food—always exceptional. We especially love the creative seasonal twists to both the menu and the cocktails; there's always something fresh and surprising to enjoy. It’s more than a restaurant—it’s a ritual. Without question, this spot remains one of our favorite local gems.

   Verdigris/Oxford Oaks is incredible. My fiancée and I went the Saturday before Easter to celebrate our engagement. The food, the service, the atmosphere, etc.--everything is top-notch. Our waitress, Sonya, is a total pro--personable, friendly, professional--and made great recommendations. The food is the star of the show. We both had the filet mignon, and it was exquisite. My fiancée had the Caesar salad and I had the wedge; I'm *still* dreaming about how good that wedge salad is. How many places leave you salivating not only over the steak, but the *salad* as well? Also, definitely try the Nashville hot chicken dip. It is perfection. It's a HUGE portion--enough for three or four people--but the two of us ate it up. I am a big guy with a big appetite, but my fiancée is petite, and between the two of us we polished it off--it was that good! The confetti cheesecake was a great way to finish the evening. It was delicious and fun. Wonderful, wonderful place. We love going for special occasions. Incredible food, service, staff, ambiance, etc.

   The brunch menu here is wonderful in my opinion but the buffet food was good not great. We were having Easter brunch and of course with buffets food temperature is an issue and later brunch means you aren’t getting the freshest food. We may try again for Mother’s Day, we shall see.

   Fantastic! We stopped for lunch while traveling. Beautiful space, yummy cocktails, incredible staff, wonderful food. We had the Bayou Bun and Build you own burger. The bayou bun was amazingly delicious. Love the house made red skin potato wedges- crispy and perfectly seasoned. Sad we don’t live in the area because we would be there weekly!

   Had brunch with a friend. Food was great-great service and portions! Took a distillery tour and had taster samples-it was perfect! Bar are looked amazing!
