We have eaten at this place 4x now. Always good. Great, welcoming staff and the drinks are made well! Great restaurant in Parker!

We had a lovely late Mother's Day dinner. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back and would highly recommended!

Very nice new Italian restaurant. Nice open feeling. Attentive service and good food. Only criticism is it’s a little noisy.

Overall another good experience. Once again, issues with the timing of our food delivery. I am not sure if it was an issue with the server forgetting the appetizer order or the kitchen missing it but our entrees came before our appetizer. The team corrected it and re-made our entree so they were hot and fresh but still a concern. Also, I would have expected the appetizer to be comp'd as a courtesy but that did not happen.

This was our first time there and we had a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, from the appetizers, salads, and entrees to the desserts. the atmosphere was comfortable, service was outstanding, and very friendly. We will go back, and would highly recommend Ovest Via.

Appetizer was delicious and favorite part of the meal. Husband had lasagna and said it was delicious but hands down the smalllest lasagna he has ever had. My was overly sauced, in a heavy sauce, and veggies were over cooked.

The food was very enjoyable and the atmosphere is nice. Parking very limited but they have valet. Our server was not great, almost seemed like first or second day on job. Definitely needs training on how to serve wine.

This was first visit and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Sam was an excellent server and provided suggestions and accommodated as very well. The food is excellent - prices are a bit steep, but the food is very good. Glad to have a place like this in Parker.
