   The main lobby was closed for a private event so they were quiet. Joshua took extremely good care of us at the restaurants. The pizzas are excellent. They have one of the best happy hour values in Vegas. Check them out when you are in town and get off the main strip.

   My family has tried for almost 2 years now to support this local business on a bi-weekly basis. We have been very patient because every time we go there the server is new or there is one person working in the kitchen, but last night was it. We are done. The food is great when you eventually get it, but the staff, service, and management is terrible. They can't keep a steady staff. Terrible service every time. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, St. Patrick's Day, Easter and even Mother's Day last year. Never again.

   Ottimo has the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I tried different choices, and none were disappointed. The service is excellent and fast. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this place instead of fast food. If you are near the Ahern, stop by Ottimo, a great restaurant.

   Such a comfortable place with nice tvs for sports. As far as bringing food to the table it was a complete disaster! The three of us waited a long time for food to arrive. Finally two room temperature soups were delivered, and within ninety seconds two entrees and a salad. After five minutes passed a burger arrived. Our appetizer only came to the table after we asked about it, and after all other food was half eaten. All four employees that came to our table were very nice, but this could be the most inefficient and logistically challenged restaurant I have been to and definitely not going back.

   Absolutely loved the pizza. Best I’ve had in Vegas. Pricing is incredible. During happy hour from 5p-7p appetizers and pizza is discounted off the already low price. To get a 12 inch pepperoni pizza for $12 that tasted fantastic is unheard of.

   Food was great. Service was a bit slow but nothing unreasonable. Overall good visit and nice server. Prices are just high in Vegas, not any different than any other restaurant. Happy hours deals were nice!

   The food was good. We were there during happy hour and the pricing was very good. The restaurant feels like it is just getting its identity. There were a least a dozen locations for new TV's to be hung on the wall. Feels like it is going to be a sports bar ultimately. Nice selection of beer, small but with nice variations. For a quick bite and a beer, would recommend, especially during happy hour, which extends until 7pm right now.

   Beautiful restaurant and bar. Lots of TV's and seating. Wonderful staff, happy hour is available. Great prices in food and drink. They have IPA. free parking. Be sure to check this place out.

    We ate at Ottimo for the first time Friday 1/17/25. Food was good, and plentiful, too, but it was so cold inside we had to eat our dinner with our winter coats on. Actually, as we walked around, the entire place was freezing cold (January in Las Vegas, when it was around 50° out) - it felt like they either had the A/C on or no heat. Planning to go see a show there with friends - hope the showroom isn’t that cold!
