Our lasagna is handmade using only the freshest and finest ingredients. We follow the traditional method of building our six-layer version starting with fresh spinach noodles, which are then layered with meat ragu, béchamel and Parmigiano Reggiano. A vegetarian option is also available and is just as tasty as the meat version. Please specify if you would like your lasagna hot and ready to serve or chilled to reheat at home. Lasagna trays are made to order so please order with 24 hours' notice. We kindly ask that you place your order online if possible. Ingredients: ragu bolognese (tomatoes (canned and fresh), beef, pork, pork sausage, onion, carrot, celery, evoo, salt, herbs and spices, garlic), béchamel (milk, butter, wheat flour, salt, nutmeg), lasagna spinach noodles (wheat flour, eggs, fresh cooked spinach, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano
Prosciutto of parma, thinly sliced, served with balsamic mustard and piadina romagnola. La Spiga was named 2019 Specialist of the Year by the Consortium of Prosciutto di Parma!!
fresh mozzarella with sungold heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and corto EVOO
Portion size was not a lot. And the food wasn’t as tasty. Menu on open table is not updated as per restaurant. Options were lesser and they were out of lasagna when we went. Overall an underwhelming experience at a highly rated place..
All good … just a fairly limited menu.
We had an amazing night with friends. Our server was responsive and wonderful. Thank you.
La Spiga is our go-to, whether a special occasion or a regular weeknight. Last night's meal was spectacular; I had the silky butternut squash soup and fresh chicory salad; he enjoyed the sausage, back on the menu. Excellent selection of wines and nice cocktails!
First time in Seattle and had our first date here. The place was beautiful, food was delicious, and our waiter and his girlfriend made our expense amazing. It is a bit on the pricier side but I definitely recommend eating her if you're in Seattle
Nick was an excellent server and the food and drinks were delightful.
Great food and service
This was our first time to La Spiga and it was by far the best restaurant experience we have had since the pandemic. The service was exceptional and the food and wine were more than we expected.
Their fresh made pastas are excellent! Appropriate price point as well on the food we ordered.
Outside dining was the safest bet... in a " bubble" up to four people.
Make a reservation, if you want to dine outside
Our food was excellent, and the service attentive and very pleasant. I love the space, which is both generally appealing and COVID-dining-friendly.
Great food in a nice space, as always. Everything I've ordered off the menu is good, and the wine selections were great, too.
Chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner after recommendation from a friend. We were greeted warmly with a “happy anniversary” upon arrival. We were immediately seated and given a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate. This was after it took us almost 2 hours to get there due to traffic (normally takes us 1 hour). We called to see if they could adjust our reservation to accommodate our late arrival and they graciously offered to do that. Our waitress was fantastic. Food and wine was amazing. Highly recommend!
Amazing and authentic Italian Restaurant…Feels like we’re back in Italy. You will not be disappointed.
Food was excellent
Just a bit disappointed that you were out of so many things (the waiter brought a desert that we didn't order and then explained that the one we wanted wasn't available), and surprised also that you didn't have either of my two favorite spirits, which are pretty universally found elsewhere, Johnny Walker Black and Beefeater. And also there was no recognition that this was a 50th birthday get together.
A great place for a bday celebration!
Great food. Highly recommend the eggplant and the tiramisu!
Great rehabilitated warehouse space with high ceilings, interesting food. The service was slow; we had to wait a long time for our main course, and the waiter didn't always remember our requests. Overall, I'd recommend La Spezia for a night out, but I hope the service improves.
Sit at the bar. Max is awesome.
Lovely dinner and great service.
Service was super slow and inconsistent. Staff is always nice but struggle to pull the service together.
Hostess was curt and seated us at a poor table despite the fact that the restaurant was empty, refused our request for a different table, and informed us that we only had the table for a limited time.
My sister (visiting Seattle for the first time) and I had a very enjoyable dinner here on her birthday. Their specialty Manhattan cocktail was a bit spendy, but entirely magnificent; so I had two! The food was very enjoyable and worth the price. Service was quite good too. I don't dine out much, but this was for me an event completely worth what I spent. Heartily recommended.
It was fantastic! Both food and drinks were amazing!
The fish was VERY salty, I regret not sending it back. A big group sat behind us so it was loud and we received poor service.
I would eat at this restaurant again. It was a good experience. The food is pretty good and the service was excellent.
Visiting Seattle for the first time since the pandemic started, my sister recommended La Spiga. Our party of 4 had two items to start: The prosciutto, grilled peach, burrata salad with a lovely dressing. It was quite yummy, but we wished we had more of that grilled peach! We also had the grilled veggies as an appetizer and it was also quite good! All of our cocktails were inventive and quite tasty. For our mains, we did a round robin of the rest of the menu: squid ink pasta with a selection of seafood, the beef filet main, the pork main, and the lasagna with house made pasta. All were great! One minor issue was that the texture of the fresh pasta used in the lasagna did not hold up well in that preparation. The desserts were amazing, especially the panna cotta (its small, so do not share!), and the plum crostata. Oddly, green tea was not an option, but the ginger tumeric 'tea' was a good substitute.
Fun date night out - great food and service. We sat upstairs which was FREEZING cold, but thankfully I had a jacket!
Great food. Highly recommend this place.
Unfortunately we waited 25 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us. Once we got his attention, everything was great! Eggplant was surprisingly good
Food was amazing and our server was so kind and friendly - wonderful experience!
We had a lovely time dining and celebrating a birthday! Food was tasty. Service was good. The restaurant it spacious and inviting.
