Great food, ambiance and service. I would definitely recommend this place anybody looking for great Italian food and cocktails. It's definitely a vibe!
Went to La spiga for a roommates birthday and it was such a nice treat. One of the first times I’ve felt very very safe dinning outside during covid. Not only did they take our temperatures upon entrance but they have a great setup where each party gets their own tent so you don’t have to be paranoid about being super close to other dinners or eating on the street w cars. They also only have 4 tents total so it’s nice and quiet. Great service. The ambience was very cozy and we stayed warm considering it was a winter seattle night!
The finest in pod dining. Service was considerate and helpful--even though they were getting rained on while we sat cozy in the pod with heater. As fun as can be right now.
Amazing experience in a private tent on the terrace with a heater!!
Really loved the outdoor, igloo experience, fun! Food was high quality and staff, friendly and quick. It's hard to get reservations right now, this one is worth the visit. I cannot wait to visit them with indoor dining too when it opens up.. hopefully soon!
Great safe environment! Food was excellent! Definitely a must for great Italian food!
I had the most amazing time at Osteria La Spiga! The food was fresh and extremely flavorful. The service was impeccable. The ambiance was perfect in our pod on the patio in the rain. You don’t want to miss out on this high quality dining experience with a romantic vibe.
Amazing service! The pods were warm with a small heater and blanket.
We used this as a spot for a small holiday party - just 4 of us. Dominic the bar manager took exceptional care of us. Osteria La Spiga is rising to the covid occasion. Well done!
Cute tent option on the patio made for a beautiful date night! Our service was excellent, and the food was incredible as usual.
We had a great date night! Our server, Dominic DeFilipino, helped curate a lovely dining experience for us and even helped us expand our knowledge of Amaro. A memory we won’t forget!
Fantastic service and food. They have adapted well and continue to provide an amazing experience.
We always have an amazing experience with ever changing menus, great service and even better people!
One of the dished we ordered was wonderful, the eggplant parmesan. The other dish was very mediocre, it was a glorified quesadilla. The waiter described it as a calzone, but when it came it was flat like a quesadilla and was a little bland.
Showed up for my reservation thinking they have out door dining, but they were not seating anyone. Why are you still taking reservations for seating if you are only offering take out. Thanks for wasting my time and money to Uber over there.
Hello Matt! Our apologies for your experience and for our delay in replying to you. As you can imagine, these are tough times, and we are sometimes operating with limited staff. Our outdoor seating has been intermittent, and someone should have contacted you to discuss seating availability before your arrival; we're sorry that didn't happen. We would like to make it right, and we will private message you with further information. All our best...Pietro & Chef Sabrina.
Fantastic service and staff, and fun Funk music last night!
Love the menu and the service. They treat you like family
Great! Excellent food and service.
Osteria La Spiga was a great spot to have a date night and celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The ambiance was romantic, food was great, and cocktails were incredible!
Osteria La Spiga impressed me on every level; great food, great ambiance amazing service, and their Covid-19 precautions made a potentially risky evening feel relatively safe.
Great food for Seattle Restaurant week! Great wine
As usual, Pietro and his team were awesome and we had a wonderful meal to celebrate our friends birthday. At the bar Dominic provided his usual amazing cocktails and wine paired with Delicious pastas and the halibut special. Yum....
At times when restaurants are working hard to stay safe and serve their customers, I really cannot say enough about how safe and at the same time ‘normal’ our evening was at La Spiga....
Always a special place for us to go and appreciate the hard work the team at La Spiga put into all they do 👍
Been dining here on and off since they opened 20+ years ago. Never disappoints. If I had more disposable income I’d be here every week.
Birthday dinner! Enjoyed very much!
Dominic was amazing. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. He deserves accolades for his incredible customer relations skills.
Very attentive service and top notch food. Seattle Restaurant week gold
Before I share my experience I would like to mention this is from a vegetarian's perspective. We did not try any items with meat, which I believe would carry their accolades well. Unfortunately, I did not experience the same charm and grip with my vegetarian options.
The vegetarian options were not the most palatable except for Tagliatelle al Burro di Tartufo. Additionally, the fried polenta was greasy enough that we needed to dab to remove excess oil.
That being said, the ambiance was phenomenal!! (9/10). We enjoyed our time talking while eating and listening to the piano from the outdoor patio.
So, food, from a vegetarian, was okay, but not the best. Definitely not worth the price. But what the place lost in food, it made it up in it's ambiance, partially. A solid 3.5 out of 5.
Went during Restaurant Week. For starters, we had the soup and salad. Soup was okay, but we did enjoy the spinach and pear salad. For entrees, we ordered the Lasagna Verdi and Guancia di Maiale. Lasagna was fine but we did not enjoy the pork cheeks. For dessert, Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. Tiramisu was good, not the best ever like others say but it was soft moist and sweet. Panna Cotta was meh. Overall disappointed with overall flavor. Maybe we had too high of expectations. We were in the mood for Italian but this did not hit the spot.
Excellent service and food. I had a vegetarian meal. Happy they took our temperature at door. Big booths with high sides and sanitizer at table. Little things like asking us to slide finished plates to end of table so server didn’t have to reach over. As a older, higher risk person this made me feel more comfortable to return again.
Wonderful from hostess to dessert. Can't wait to return when all this is over.
Dominick made this a night to remember. Great service /great food. The restaurant has excellent Covid 19 protocols in place so we felt very safe and socially distant. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
The only restaurant in Seattle I love
Always a good time
