   Delicious meal in an outside garden burrata could Have been meal in itself. Pasta dishes perfectly done my friend had perfectly prepared steak Cocktails fun and wine list by the glass enough to make it tough to choose Fun to introduce my friend to this restaurant A real jewel and setting lovely outside or inside Saved room for tiramisu Connor was attentive with helpful suggestions

   Delicious food and lovely sitting outside in the patio. Service was also excellent and we felt well tended. Although all was very good, the price point is surprisingly high. Maybe I'm just out of touch!

   This our 3rd visit & most likely our last. They were very busy but it was no excuse for our waiter to makes us feel uncomfortably pressured into ordering. Everyone at the table ordered drinks, but I asked to taste the rosé. All drinks (JB’s Toronto was 👍🏻 per the guys) came out within 10 minutes, but when he came back to check on my wine choice it took 20+ minutes & me asking the waiter & finally a bus person to please check on it. (Appetizers arrived before my wine!) The cheese plate was mediocre, meatballs & focaccia both delicious. Misticanza salads were unremarkable. Linguini di Nero was a very small portion; swordfish was underwhelming. Lasagna & flounder looked good. The only time the waiter was relaxed, cheerful & friendly was when he presented us the bill.

   I had great expectations but was a little disappointed. The service was wonderful, the environment was wonderful, but the food was just okay and I expected it to be wonderful. I have eaten at every other restaurant in the group and the food have all have been wonderful and this again was just okay.

   The outdoor table was perfect, and we enjoyed the food. The duck confit salad was extra special. Dessert was a strawberry rhubarb crostata. Amazing!

    Great drinks. Food presentation was great but flavors didn’t hit home. Agnolotti in brown sage butter sauce was more cut veggies in what seemed like a carrot purée sauce. The amatriciana also missed the mark, a little bitter. Great drinks and ambiance. A little overpriced.

    I met a friend for lunch in the beautiful outdoor seating. The setting was beautiful. The service a bit slow but okay. But the BIG issue I have is with the food. I ordered the Barbietola E Gorgonzola salad that is listed as: Beets, walnuts, endive, citrus. I was several bites into the salad and found that I was about to eat a strawberry. This is VERY BAD because I am deathly allergic to strawberries. I go into anaphylactic shock from strawberries. Luckily I did not eat the strawberry and sent it back. I was given another salad and it was fine. HOWEVER, please tell the Chef that many people are allergic to strawberries. I would NOT have ordered it had I know it would contain strawberries. But they were not listed on the menu. I did feel that the restaurant was rather cavalier in their attitude with no apology. Just a replaced dish. I do not feel I can trust this place and will not return.

    Unfortunately, we felt rushed by our server although we had reservations - I asked for time to enjoy cocktails before ordering apps and we were told a party would be coming in and our table would be needed. I was there with my 92 year old aunt and it really soured the evening before we even ordered food. I've never been told before a meal to be quick with the table, and I booked a reservation for 530 to ensure we were not eating at peak time.

    Lasagna and Risotto dishes were superb. We were served a bottle of wine, and the taste was off - We were able to order a different bottle with no problem. Service was slow for the first 20 minutes and reasonable after that...

    We sat on the pretty patio which is much quieter than inside. Noor took excellent care of us. My swordfish was delicious but a very large portion. My friends enjoyed their meals as well.

    Wait staff very friendly but not very organized or efficient. One persons drink order was forgotten and when waiter was reminded he blamed bartender. We kept having to ask for utensils. A little better training would make all the difference.

    Incredible food every time! Chef is a professional, like actually a professional. Won Chopped and appears on Beat Bobby Flay. Never had a bad dish there. OG has a great atmosphere and is a great spot to eat outside when it’s nice out.

    We dined here after our son graduated from NCSU. The food was so delicious. Everyone at our table ordered a different entree, and we were all pleased. The sauces on the homemade pastas were incredible. If you are looking for a nice dinner in Chapel Hill, give this restaurant a try!

    Our server,Molly, was excellent and our lunch was very good. My husband would have preferred Idaho potato chips with his panini. He really enjoyed the composition if the Italian panini. The shrimp & polenta dish was delish. Lots of shrimp—maybe a few more mushrooms for a more balanced bite? The decor is beautiful. This was our first time dining indoors.

    Visiting area for son’s tennis tournament…wanted a delicious meal first night in town. I had special dietary needs and the staff/chef were very accommodating with my request.     Outdoor seating confirmed by open table app was not available. Indoor alternative was fine. Appetizers - meatballs and sformato di parmigiano were great, as were two of three entrees (flounder and fava bean pasta), but the shrimp risotto was a disappointment (lacking in flavor and cheesy creaminess).
