   we’ve had many meals at Osteria Georgi before and always had a great experience. However, our most recent dinner was disappointing – maybe the team was overwhelmed with Mother’s Day and graduation on the same weekend, but everything was off. Instead of the normal menu, they had a smaller more limited slate of options. And the service seemed a lot less warm and attentive than in the past. For example, they have very small drinking glasses at the table, but rarely refilled water. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but since the glasses were barely larger than a shot glass, we needed refills more frequently. The meal itself was underwhelming – two of us got the vodka penne, which seemed a bit overcooked and not up to the quality we’ve had in the past. And given the very steep prices, it just didn’t feel like we got close to a real value for the meal. Just to add chicken to a pasta dish with an extra $14 and that chicken was a bit rubbery and overcooked. The beef short rib was very good, but for $44 it wasn’t exactly an impressive portion. Given that we’ve had incredible meals here in the past, it was a big disappointment last night. Hopefully it was just the result of a crazy weekend between graduation and the holiday, but it gave us a little bit of reluctance to come back in the future

   Love the ambience, lively but not disruptive or annoying. Pleasant, inviting decor and lighting, aspects very important to me. Service excellent, lasagne excellent. Everyone loved their dishes except halibut a bit over cooked. Other than that, appetizers, wine, cocktails, service excellent, especially for our large party on Mother's Day. Will definitely return!

   Went there for Mother’s Day and had the perfect experience for a last minute. We made reservations and it was perfect, the food was amazing and the ambiance was exceptional. I definitely recommend.

   I don’t think I could find better Italian food if I tried in the Triangle. Incredible every time.

   Be prepared for higher menu prices just for Graduation weekend. Make sure your outdoor table is not one of the make shift temporary tables they put up near the road to deal with the crowds - very noisy and got approached by pan handlers.

   Actually very disappointing. Food was really bad all around. Overcooked fish dish, which was heavily promoted by maitre d’ and waiter. Shrimp was tough. Pastas were falling apart and the red sauce was worse than a jar of Ragu. Lasagne was actually decent. Salad stale. Waiter messed up drink and food order. Insanely overpriced… Spent $400 on 5 people with just salad 2 appetizers, 5 meal, and one beer, three drink, no dessert. Literally terrible, ruined our graduation celebration.

   Our server, Tess was fantastic! She provided the best service we have experienced in years. She’s very personable and attentive.
