My favourite place to eat in Bello. I love how the flavours of the quality ingredients used in a dish are skilfully brought out to taste their best without being overpowering. Meg is a very talented chef.

It was a delight to come back to Fiume after a years absence. Every dish we had was superb on every level. They really know how to get the best out of every ingredient…and it all tastes so damn good and they make it look effortless somehow. I wish we had Fiume in Melbourne!

We had a wonderful lunch at FIUME - the food was incredible. The service was also attentive and friendly, with a lovely wine list, enjoyed on the terrace or in the gorgeous little dining room. Next time I’m in Australia I will be back. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bellingen.

The food, the music, the welcoming feeling, the ambience, we liked everything of it. The woman DJ was awesome as were the occasional guests dancing to the beat
